Sunstar opened his eyes with a sudden cough. "I'-I'm alright,.. I just lost a life." He meowed, and got up.
(Timeskip to morning)
Sunstar leaped onto the highlimb. "May all clan cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather here beneath the Highlimb for a clan meeting!" He yowled before sitting down on the Highlimb and motioning for Rosefire to sit beside him. But, unfortunately, he began to cough again.

Leapordkit bounded out of the nursery, tail pricked high and her head held high.

Lionflare yawned and trotted out of the warrior's den, followed by the others. He sat down in the middle of the clearing and waited for Sunstar to speak.

Adderpaw-Flameclan

Adderpaw looked up from grooming himself. He flicked his tail and walked over to sit with the other apprentices.

Oakfur lifted his head and walked over to sit with the warriors

"Leapordkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Leapordpaw. Your mentor will be Squirrelflight. I hope Squirrelflight will pass down all she knows on to you.


Squirrelflight, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had received excellent training from Dustpelt, and you have shown yourself to be Loyal and Brave. You will be the mentor of Leapordpaw, and I expect you to pass on all you know to her." He meowed. He waited for them to touch noses and then continued.

He quickly nodded to Adderpaw to come forward. "I, Sunstar, leader of Flameclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in His turn.

Adderpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" He meowed.

Adderpaw stared, not thinking this ceremony would have anything to do with him. "Yes!" He said quickly, hoping he didn't look to foolish.

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Adderpaw, from this moment you will be known as Adderfang. StarClan honors your courage, and we welcome you as a full warrior of Flameclan."
Sunstar rests his or her muzzle on the apprentice's head. And then nods to him respectfully. "You will sit vigil after the next ceremony." He whispered, before continuing.

He nods to Moonpaw. "I, Sunstar, leader of Flameclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. w has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn." He looked back at Moonpaw again.

"Moonpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Moonpaw nodded "I do" she said seemingly confident but she was shakeig slightly

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Moonpaw, from this moment you will be known as MoonHeart. StarClan honors your Loyalty, and we welcome you as a full warrior of Flameclan."
Sunstar rests his or her muzzle on the apprentice's head. And then nods to him respectfully. "You will sit vigil after the next ceremony." He whispered, before continuing.

Leapordpaw called out the warriors names, along with the rest of the clan. "Moonheart, Adderfang~!"

Lionflare calls out the warriors and the new apprentice' names happily. "Leapordpaw, Moonheart, Adderfang!" He yowled.

Moonheart smiled blushing not used to all the attention

The tom had just woken up from his Moonstone dream. He stood and stretched, his back popping a few times. Looking at Missingdawn, he sat down until she woke.
