{ oh great... my start posts tend to be long, forgive me c: }

xxxxxThe over-grown kit woke up, feeling revived from the previous day. He had taken shelter underneath a thick bush with thorns on the tangly branches. Regretting his decision of sheltering beneath the bush, he struggled to get out. The thorns snagged at his pelt, leaving golden tufts of fur behind. Another day! he thought to himself eagerly, his pelt still stinging from the thorns. The kit trotted through the forest, seeing a vole made his belly rumble. Dropping into, what looked like, a hunter's crouch, he stalked forward. He was leaning to one side and showing poor technique, but it could possibly work. Once he got into pouncing-range, he leaped and fell right on top of his meal. "Where did it go?" he asked himself. The kit stood up, quite disappointed in himself, until he discovered the vole had gotten squished. "Oh," he chortled and gave a killing bite to its neck.

xxxxxLeopardblaze's green eyes flickered open as the sun crept through the warrior's den. One more minute, he said to himself snugly, closing his eyes. No, no, no, he opened his eyes once more. He stood up, one half of his brain telling him to go back to sleep while the other half motivating him to get up. His jaws parted in a huge yawn as he arched his back in a long stretch. Licking his chops, he exited the warrior's den, squinting as his eyes took time to adjust to the light. Leopardblaze glanced around, no-cat was awake yet. He took his spot next to the warrior's den and started grooming his ruffled fur calmly.

xxxxxBouncespirit rolled over in her sleep, causing her to somehow get on top of a random warrior in the den. She snored loudly, probably loud enough to wake the whole camp.

xxxxxStormpaw dreamt of she-cats as he slept. "What's a hottie like you doing heeeereeeeeeee?" he mumbled.

Moonstar stretched, padding out of her den. She lapped at her fore paw and swiped it across her ear, looking at Leopardblaze. Her platforms guided Moonstar over to Leopardblaze, sitting down beside him. "Hey." She mewed softly. "What's up?"

xxxxxLeopardblaze glanced up from his fur as Moonstar walked out of her den and padded over to him. "Well, the sky of course," he replied to her, chuckling lightly. "I'm doing fine, how 'bout you?" he finally answered, licking a paw and bringing it over his ear, awaiting an answer from her.
