Dustpaw's tail hung low in sadness,though when she heard Arcticpast's words she shook her head in confusion ''H-He did?"

"Sadly yes, fighting SummerMoonClan warriors, he is in StarClan now. But would you like to say goodbye?" said EchoChance softly.

Dustpaw nodded,and instantly she said ''May your spirit rest in peace in StarClan,Sandclaw.'' Tears began running down Dustpaw's cheek.

Articpast walked up to his apprentice and affectionetly touched his nose to her shoulder then sat down next to her. he whispered in Dustpaw's ear, "Yes, he said he could sense something special about you EchoChance didn't want me to tell you, she though you might get a little full of yourself. But I know you, and I think you can handle the thought."
suddenly a loud yowl came from the nursery Articpast's flickered his ears and said "I think Birchfire is having her kits."
"She will be fine, someone go get Mistleaf to stay with her till all her kits are born." said EchoChance.

A weak smile crossed Dustpaw's face,though after she heard Echochance's words,she got up ''I'll go get mistleaf!'' She called,and swiftly bounded over to the medicine cat den.

(I have an idea,could Duspaw have a crush on Arcticpast? c:)

After Dustpaw had gotten Mistleaf and everything was running smooth, a young cat, no older than 2 or 3 moons, still with fluffy fur said to Echochance in its small voice, "Aren't clan leaders sapossed to have 'Star' at the end of their name?"
Echochance smiled and said, "Yes, I know it is different from other clans, but, StarClan has never told me otherwise, besides, aren't we SAPOSSED to be different from others. Beacause that's what makes us special." she fluffed the young kits fur with her nose, the young grey she-cat smiled and giggled then bounced happily back to it's mother.

Dustpaw peered in the Queen's den,she padded in curiously,her gaze darted to the small,fluffy kittens. Dustpaw smiled ''They're beautiful'' She murmured softly.

{I know,I think it's quite weird too,though I think it would be a nice plan for some drama. ^^}

Echochance walked in behind Dustpaw, she smiled and said quietly, "Yes they are, so, Birchfire, what are their names?" she looked over at the new mother.
The golden tabby is Bluegaze, beacause of her bright blue eyes, this gray tom next to me is RippleStripe, beacause of his rippled stripes on his back, the white and blueish black spotted is Indigoflower, she's the runt. The black tom is Nightmark, beacause of the little spot on his forehead and finally, the orange tabby, that looks, a lot like you Echochance, is Scarletrain. In fact I think she looks JUST like you, Echochance."
Echochance smiled and cocked her head to the side, "They will make great warriors someday, or whatever StarClan has in store for them."
