The pair watch warily as the man grows closer and close with each passing second. After a few more minuets he is close enough to them for his own satisfaction and slows to catch his breath, He is a short round man, his cloths are well worn, yet look like they were once fine and expensive. His wide set pudgy face is topped with the tiniest swath of brown hair. He looks up with cold black eyes narrowed to slits as he gasps for air, " You" he wheezes ... " "monsters" ....

[A] "Umm what?" ( Ask him what he means)
    [B] Yeah.... *Walk away slowly*
[C] "go on" ( let him finish )

Azure23

With Anasael in the lead the trio disappear into the dark. before long they come to yet another cross roads. to the left is a large cavern, within there are many rocks and glittery items. to the right is a long dark passage, there is the tiniest pinprick of light at the end, maybe sunlight? straight ahead there is another passage way, a could wind billows from its depths, every now and again there is the tiniest hint of what may be conversation. or you can go back the way you came.

    [A] To the left!
    [B] right is always "right"
[C] Onward Ho! ( straight ahead)
    [D] turn around!

Lyncher

As Sair makes her way towards ahzen she find herself confronted by a problem, Not one but three exits have open before her. From the first, the tick scent of trees and rain waft through its gaping mouth. The floor before the second is covered in a thick bed of sand, and much heat radiates from it. And from the third the thick scent of gasoline and cars, wafts in the air, every now and then harsh snippets of conversation can be heard.

    [A] Take the First
    [B] go for the second
[C] To civilization!( take the 3rd)

LostGosling

The groups run brought them to a small meadow, they had left the group they had been tailing well in their dust, after a quick inspection, it seems there are 3 path way from this meadow. the 1st is a well used game trail that leads deeper into the forest, the 2nd its a small cave mouth, it seems cramped, and may or may not end some were down the line, the 3rd it the way you just came from.

    [A] Take the First
    [B] go for the second
    [C] Take the 3rd

Endless-Fall

Preston safe once again the threesome continued down the wild path, their moods slowly began to worsen as they encountered snare upon snare of brambles and thorns, and were tripped up by tree roots. It was not long before they came to another break in their path, the one to the right continued on the same course they were traveling, brambles and tree roots thickly covered the ground ahead, but the one to the right veered off, It seemed oddly well kept compared to the rest of the trial, It was not as nice as the first road, but its soft grass looked more inviting than the other. On occasion a slight shadow would pass through the trees... maybe someones down there?

    [A] Stick to the Left
    [B] Take the right

~Bast~

As Aki stepped up to the entrance a tick western wind blew into her face, bringing with it the rich seconds of grass and trees, this path was a good one. But the cave of Ahzen had other plans for the young Ahz. With the deep grinding groan of rock the entrance before ether closed two others still remained open, And if she hurried she could still make it through one. The floor before the closest was thickly covered with rainwater, and on occasion a flash of lightning and the peal of thunder could be heard booming before it. It would be the easiest to reach, yet from the farthest one wafted the tick scent of gasoline, and the soft screech of metal on stone, and the chatter of human voices could be heard.

[A] Water never hurt anyone did it? ( to the closest!)
[B] Run for the farther exit!

Icy blue eyes flicked between the three options before her. She could travel through the tree and rain scented path. She lightly shook her head. It would make her fur wet. Now the second path seems to be toward a desert, which the heat would ruin her fur as well. So no to that one. Lastly is the sounds of cars and people. She did like to observe people and perhaps she could find something useful there. So with her path decided, Sair picked her way toward civilization. Ears twitching from all the sounds as she leisurely made her way. No need to hurry, right?

Angel stopped Anasael from plowing on to the next path, and gestured to each of the new paths. The sparkles towards one side immediatly caught everyone's attention. What riches could be down there? Another way led into darkness, and only a speck of light could be seen. The other way led into a cold hallway, and a faint murmuring could be heard. Was it voices? Going back was definately out of the question. Angel shifted from one foot to the other before voiceing his opinion. "Maybe we should go see who is talking? Maybe they need help or something.." He murmured softly. The two Ahzenai looked at each other before nodding at their humanoid companion. Angel grinned and curled his feathery, white wings close for warmth. He led the way straight forward.

Aki quickly ran the numbers through her head and sprinted towards the farthest exit, math supporting her decision. She had no problem with water, but the farthest exit sounded the most interesting. Her paws beat against the ground as she raced in a streamlined blur towards the exit. Around her the walls of the cave melted and she sprang through the entrance and pulled her tail behind her as it snapped closed. Looking around were tall shiny buildings and cars. Gray pavement of symmetrical lines ran away from her, and people hurried along the street in a tide of life. Grungy signs advertised for college plays, art shows, hotdogs (two for one) and insurance. Across the street were a few kiosks with hawkers yelling out their goods.
"Get'ch yer NY shirt here!"
"Coach bags! Premium leather, no fakes here!"
"Yo lady! Earrings for any occasion!"
Aki sat in bewilderment as she waited to soak in just a little of her surroundings. Tall buildings soaring way over her head. Must have some sort of internal support system to stand so high and be self-supporting. Maybe very strong iron? she wondered. Many, many, many people. Lots of skin, hair, and clothing differences. Everything smells dirty and mushed together, but still good I guess. What am I supposed to do now? Aki stood and began to wander down the street, paying no attention to the strange looks she got from just a few people.

[B] Cria snorted at the two paths, causing a small charge of blue static to puff up in her face. Cougalter came dragging up from behind, a distraught look of pure exhaustion on her face. "REST...must, rest..." she gasped, collapsing into a heap of fur. Then she focused on what was ahead."No! No, no, no, I am NOT going into that ity bity cave..." she shouted to Cria in warning, who was thoughtfully inspecting the entrance. "I'm pretty sure that we made a detour somewhere, and I really want to site see. At a comfortable pace..." she added, looking longingly back toward Ahzen. "Come on! We can't turn back now! It's not any different than the path, only we won't be going nearly as fast." Cria thought for a moment, cutting her eyes toward the well worn path. Then she smiled. "As a matter of fact, I think I want to take the beaten path. Just think how fast..." Cougalter was up before she could finish, exuberantly darting into the cave. "Changed my mind!" her voice echoed from inside, Cria sticking her head into the mouth with a flick of her ear. She blinked several times in utter blindness, taking a few unsure steps onto solid stone. She felt her hooves involuntarily shift to paws, her claws clacking against the hard surface. "Hey! Where'd you go?" she yelled with a giggle, her tail the last thing to vanish into the deep shadows. "I'm over here! Can you smell it?" Cougalter's voice rang from somewhere close, the excitment easily detectable in her voice. Cria took a deep breath, making a strange noise that could be described as joy. "Oh my, a spring! It smells so clean!" she answered, stumbling a few yards forward. Just then, something brushed her side. Cria stifled a squeak as she jerked away, slipping into a playful growl when she heard a familiar snicker. "Gotta yah." Cougalter said in triumph, the sound of her feet smugly padding off toward the mineral laiden scent. "Haha, funny!" she ansered sarcasticly, catching up after bumping into a few walls.

B -"I-I think we should take the other trail, besides this one." Zisis said with a hint of worry as she slowly began to veer towards the right. Suhil simply rolling her eyes at the way Zisis was acting. She wouldn't bother her about changing her mind though, Suhil knew that Preston would be much safer on that trail than the current one.
Suhil slowly bounded off towards Zisis, Preston close at her heels with the small mouse in her mouth. Suhil's fat swaying to the side as she walked along, Preston's almost seeming to do the same.
"Don't worry Zisis, I mean, come on, who would mess with ones like us?" She asked Zisis as she walked along side her.

Go on...

Nix looked at Ruo with a raised eyebrow, this man did look quite comical stumbling up to them so much that neither took offence to been called monsters, in fact, both found it rather amusing.
Ruo lifted a paw to smother a chuckle, unable to keep a straight face however Nix, who could, quickly stepped in front of the Ahz,
"Why would we be monsters?" She asked politely...
