Yara snarled and stepped between Karrie and Maine, nuzzling Chako then bounding over to Luke. With a splash, he jumped into the deeper water, nudging Luke's head up to the surface with his nose. "Come on. Breathe properly." His actions were slow and controled, his gaze fixed on Luke. "Calm yourself. I'm here."
Rako stood there, shaking. He whined and looked away, not able to cope with seeing this happen. He knew that to be a healer, you must be calm around every injury/illness, but since it was Koji in trouble... He just couldn't bare to watch.

"You doubt they will always love each other?" Maine spat, furious. She could almost see red. What had made them change their opinions on Shade so drastically? Was it just because Yuki died? Or some other reason? She didn't care. She just wanted them to know that Shade might never forgive himself, even if he had a new mate.

Koji suddenly fell over on to her side and went unconscious from fear, pain and blood loss...
Luke coughed up some water and looked at Yara with a frightened gaze. He soon calmed down and sighed with relief, then he spotted Yuki's body and tilted his head, then quickly asked, "Da, what dat?"
