Sablepaw gasped, leaning forward in an attempt to reach the kit. "Spottedkit!" She yelled in surprise. She wanted to jump in after her, but had no idea how to swim yet.

Fireleaf kicked a pebble into the river, lost in his thoughts. This was usually were he and Firefly would run off together, in order to get away from the prying eyes of the rest of the Clan; but, not today. His head shot up, and eyes widened at the sound of a scream and splashing not far down the stream from him. Fireleaf rose to his paws and pelted along the bank until he saw Sablepaw running down the opposite side of the bank, with a smaller cat flailing it's limbs as it floated along. Instantly, he leaped into the water, powerful hind legs pushing him across to the other side, scooping up the kit, and depositing her on the bank. He placed the tiny wet bundle on the stones, and collapsed down next to it, his sides heaving with effort. He turned his large cranium to the side in an attempt to see if he recognized the cat, and immediately groaned. He knew exactly who it was. His troublesome niece. She always seemed to be getting into these kinds of situations. "Remind me," He mumbled between gasps, "To get you, a lead."

Tigerkit ran past her and stood in front of the circle of kits. "Now, lets get into teams!" He mewed excitedly. "I'm Tigerstar the great of Tiger Clan!" He roared playfully, "And my deputy is Rainpelt! You don't stand a chance against us, Bird Clan!"

Lobeliakit jumped up on the rock after her brother, over looking the others.

Twilightkit looked around. "I'm Twlightstar of.... Of Twlightclan!" She meowed. "And my deputy... Well is... Umm..."

Rainpelt crouched down, hissing playfully.

Wrenkit licked his lips.

Spottedkit didn't answer, she just laid there, hardly breathing.

Tigerkit watched as everyone proclaimed their names, and sighed. So much for two Clans... He thought with annoyance, though quickly shook it off. "We need more cats!" He whined.

Sablepaw watched both cats worriedly. "Go get Zinniastem." Fireleaf gasped, and she nodded, bolting toward camp once more.

Fireleaf rolled over in order to look Spottedkit over, "Kepp your eyes open," He soothed, "Help is coming."

Twilightkit back down, crouching slightly, she could see the annoyance in Tigerlits eyes.

Spottedkit tried keeping her eyes open.

Tigerkit sighed, racing off into the warriors den. He figured that some of the younger warriors would prefer to play, than the apprentices, so he called to anyone who was there. Soon enough, Rootclaw, and even Yuccaleaf emerged to join the kits.

The tom talked incessantly, about anything he could think of, hoping that it'd keep her awake. "It's okay, not much longer now little mouse."

Sablepaw ran as fast as her paws could carry her, nearly bowling over some of the kits as she ran past, and into the Medicine Cat's den. Soon enough, Sablepaw re-emerged with Zinniastem right at her heels, herbs tightly clamped in her jaws.
Soon enough, they reached the two cats, both look tired and limp, like drowned rats.

Zinniastem didn't stop to ask question, she just ran down to the two, checking on the kit first. "Hey Spottedkit," She soothed gently, nudging the small kit with her maw. "I need you to turn your head for me." With her front paw, she help the she-kit onto her side, and watched as the stream's water poured out of her mouth. She then began to assess her body, looking for any wounds.

Cricketleap watched as Rootclaw and Yuccaleaf played with the kits, smiling softly.

Spottedkit groaned, turning her head slowly then felt Zinnastrem turning her over for her.

Wrenkit chuckled, standing tall.

Yuccaleaf turned around for a moment, looking back at the warrior's den, and saw Cricketleap watching with an amused smile. She couldn't help but smirk in reply, and bounded playfully over to him. "Come on you lazy furball!" She teased, purring, nudging him toward the group. "You might as well join us."

Rootclaw stood next to Twilightkit and her rock, still a lot taller than her, even with his paws on the ground. But then, he was taller than most in the Clan, so it was of no surprise to him. "I am Rootclaw of Twilight Clan." He announced, smiling at Twilightkit.

Zinniastem began to knead her paws at the she-kit's belly, checking to back sure that every thing was okay. "Tell me if anything hurts." She whispered to the kit, focusing as if her mentor was watching over her.

Lobeliakit nudged her brother as he chuckled, "Don't get too cocky." She teased.
