Shadow watched him go,he sniffed the air and found a scent trail he followed it until he came to a rabbit warren. He sniffed at the burrow seeing the rabbits foot prints leading to a nearby pool. He followed them and found a fat brown rabbit drinking from the pool looking up nervously every now and then. He crouched down low and stalked it,he crept silently across the forest floor and pounced. The rabbit didn't have time to react for it was dead and hanging limp in Shadows jaws in seconds. Shadow dropped the rabbit and buried it so he could collect it later. He sniffed the air again searching for another victim

Shadow spotted a scrawny squirrel,it didn't look worth chasing but the skinny creatre seemed to be nearly dead from the cold. He saw it go into a hole in a tree and clawed his way up clumsily. He poked his head inside and found the two more squirrels,he killed them with ease and left them in the tree for collection later

Tiger was in the trees above him. He was impressed by Shadow's skill in hunting

Shadow noticed movement above and caught a glimpse of Tiger.He made his way down and swung his head from side to side sniffing for prey,when his search turned fruitless he turned to the earth and looked around for telltale prints that would lead him to prey
