Sugarheart twitched her tail and m=smiled politely. Then she loooked over at Cloud paw and nodded to him. Cloudpaw was ready to attack.

Hawksky pounced and grabbed a mouthful of the fox's scruff. Nightspalsh nipped at its legs and raked his claws on its stomach. The fox stopped trying to shake Hawksky off and turned on Nightsplash. It grabbed his leg and shook him. It finally let go when Hawksky dug his claws into its face. "Come on Nightsplash!" Hawksky panted, picking up his friend and hoping another pair would take over. Nightsplash winced. Blood gushed out of his hind leg and it felt broken. He closed his eyes.

Sandstar nodded. "She has keen senses. I tested her and she is also very clever." Sandstar purred. "She will be a great addition to the clan."

Goldflower hissed and jumped on the fox's back. The fox turned it's head and bit near Goldflower's neck.

Amberheart clawed the fox's face and hissed.

Hawksky watched the two she-cats fight and wished he didn't have to quit so soon. But Nightsplash was badly injured.

Nightsplash groaned and tried to lick his wound clean, buy couldn't streach over and the effort exusted him. "Waterpaw!" Hawksky ordered. "Go to camp. Bring Maplepaw! Hurry!"

Waterpaw was taken aback by the violent fighting. She tried to block out the sight and sounds of the fight. She couldn't stand the gushing blood that was flying everywhere. She never knew battles were like this. She just wanted to run away,but firmly stood her ground, not wanting to be a coward. At Hawksky's order, she was relived imidaitly dashed to camp. She was focused, and wouldn't let the cats down. As she dashed to camp, tireless from adrenaline, she yowled" Maplepaw! There's a fox! We need you!" as she came into the camp view.

"What's this?" Coldmoon mewed sharply. "A fox?!" She ran into her den and started mumbling and grabbing herbs. "Maplepaw! Go get the cobwebs! There in the back of the den!" she mewed sharply and kept rummaging through her supplies,grabbing some burdock root,stinging nettle,and horsetail. "Come on!" she mewed sharply and angrily to Maplepaw and rushed out of camp,with Waterpaw following her.

Hawksky sat next to Nightsplash, who kept slipping in and out of conciousness. When he was concious, he would mumble things then his eyes would roll back. Hawksky looked around frantically and hoped Maplepaw or Coldmoon would arrive with Waterpaw soon.

Goldflower dropped to the ground, blood pouring out of her neck.

Amberheart scratched the fox's eyes and watched it run away.
