clan; summit age; 33 moons sex; male rank; warrior location; forest tags; Bearfluff, Stagpaw, Jaggedpaw
Silvertail helped his apprentice practice his battle skills and kept an eye on how Baerfluff and Stagpaw were doing as well. It seemed only minutes that they had been out in the forest training but it was already nearly sunhigh. Taking a step toward Bearfluff he said, "do you suppose we should head back to camp? Perhaps the others will have made it home by now and you won't have to worry so much." His tone was cheerful and not at all annoyed at Bearfluff's concern for their clanmates. The white tom found it comforting that his deputy cared so deeply about the well-being of each and every cat.

clan; shore age; 30 moons sex; female rank; warrior location; forest tags; Redfur, Softpaw
--I haven't heard anything from trumbeak aka Softpaw in awhile so I'm going to assume Fernsnap and Softpaw went hunting and send Fernsnap back out to see Redfur--
Fernsnap and Softpaw had had a successful hunting trip in the forest nearby. The bengal she-cat padded into camp with several prey items dangling from her jaws. She quickly deposited them to the fresh kill pile to scope out the drama that was erupting in the camp. Missing cats? That was unusual but Fernsnap couldn't help but think of her new friend outside the clan. She had seen him just this morning but had he gone missing as well? Was this summit clan's doing? Fernsnap's mind began to race as scenarios played out in her head. A war with summit clan would be the end of shore clan with half of the clan missing. Fernsnap's tail lashed with frustration. One peaceful day without trespassers or missing cats would be nice. With a soft growl, she set off again into the forest, mouth open for scents of her clanmates. Carefully, she picked her way through the underbrush toward the area of the woods that she had buried a thrush earlier in the day. Fernsnap quickly dug up the bird and shook the dirt from its feathers before setting off toward the beach. She didn't expect Redfur to be there but she thought it would be worth the shot. She briskly padded her way through the forest until she reached the edge of the tree-line and could see the warm sandy dunes ahead. Fernsnap set down the thrush and took a few good sniffs for any nearby cats, ensuring she was safe to leave the clan territory without being discovered. Positive that there were no cats nearby, she picked up the thrush and trotted down to the dunes, through the warm sand. Faint paw prints led her down the coast toward a familiar red-furred figure. Dropping the thrush to take a breath of relief, Fernsnap meowed to her friend from down the beach. "You were just waiting for me to come back, huh?" she called to him with a teasing flick of her long tail.
