It may not be the best of meat, but it is enough..." He shrugged, his smile growing weaker. "Just a warning, wake Ara and I'll do something about it... She needs her rest, let her sleep."

Ara's yellow eyes opened sleepily, slightly unfocused. The last few hours seemed like a dream, she sort of remembered seeing something like a deer. Her head was pounding, it felt like she had mud for brains. The Weaver took in the camp, looking at the earthy dens and nooks that she had grown up in. She could see the gouge where Fela had dropped the deer five of the wolves had dragged slowly back to camp many seasons ago. It had been a lovely meal, if a bit muddy. She stretched out one paw, splaying her graying toes. "Hm, lovely meal that was." She muttered, pulling herself to her feet. "I'm starving."
