"alright then." waspclaw followed the she-cat
towards the camp exit. he wondered what they'd catch, hoping
a mouse or a vole. he heard sounds all around him which distracted
him, making him lose his balance. though he didn't fall, he felt
horribly stunned. his heart raced, giving him so much adrenaline he
sprinted in front of fallenstorm by about 10 fox-lengths. he
panted when he stopped, wondering what he'd just done.
he shook it off, returning to fallenstorm's side.

fallenstorm rolled her eyes as the tom sprinted infront of her. "see? I knew you needed to run something off." the warrior meowed, nudging him in the shoulder with her muzzle when he padded pack to her.

"ha," he chuckled. "yeah."
he didn't scent anything yet. he felt like
giving up already, even though they hadn't
even walked that far from camp. he sighed.

"what do you think about the clan business?"
waspclaw asked, hoping she'd understand what
he meant.

"Ok," I said picking up a mouse. I padded over to Whiteiit and gave it to him. I then gave the apprentices food. After I passed out the food i was feeling hungry so i got my self a vole.

fallenstorm pricked her ears, "hm?" she mumbled, but stopped pacing with the ginger tom and twitched her whiskers, "there's a robin over there." she motioned her muzzle towards a small holly bush with a small flicker of movement. "since you're the one who wanted to go hunting, i'll let you kill it, if we haven't scared it off yet." the shecat meowed, sitting down and beginning to lick her smoky paw.

Sageclaw nodded at her and started eating the featherless bird. He stayed alert though for any signs of danger and slightly bent his ear when she commented on the weather tonight. He couldn't help but agree "It is tonight, wonder if it will be like this the entire time though? Usually the mist comes in and after a while it can get a little chilly." he remarked before continuing eating his bird.

Dustfur shrugged before flicking him with her tail. "I hope it doesn't get to cold." Dustfur replied softly before shivering just by thinking about it. She didn't mind the cold to much, but she would much rather it be warmer. Dustfur glanced at the bird. "So how is it?" She asked tilting her head. "It's been so long since ate a bird, I think I've about forgotten what it taste like."

Toadnose watched Foxsky and Runningflame form the place he was sitting just inside the warriors den. The fresh pile seamed so small now. He made a note in his head, even if he didn't get put on a patrol tomorrow he would still go out and hunt.

When I was finished with the vole i walked over to the shade and lay down. I watched the center of the clan, slowly blinking my eyes.

Waspclaw smiled. he got into
position, ready to claw up tat holly bush to
catch the robin inside it. he heard the rustle
in the bush, and he became impatient. he
stalked around the bush, then stuck a paw
carefully inside the bush's prickly leaves.
He winced. he saw the bird's red wings,
which began to spread. he extended his
paw a bit more, then swatted for the bird.
he clawed and the bird. he kept swatting until
he noticed it was gone. "Fox dung." he grumbled.

snowpaw yawned as she fell into a deep sleep. she was running through the woods with otterpaw at her side, his tabby coat blending in with the oranges and brown of the leaf fall they seemed to be in. she smiled contently and continued running.

adderfang shrugged. "whatever's fine with you. I don't mind, I'm just happy to stretch my legs." the young warrior smiled, flicking the she-cat with his tail.

whitekit meowed his joy, a loud purr rumbling in the young tom's chest. "thank you!" the white kit squeaked, before standing up and flicking his ear. "of course rainstar." he obliged, waving his tail in farewell and padding back into the safety of the nursery.

fallenstorm lowered her ears sympathetically at the ginger tom, "bad luck. it must have been too jumpy." the long haired siamese purred, looking into the bushes where the bird had fled from.

denim trudged through the forest, his tail held high. he sprayed one of the trees, unaware he was in the clan cat's domain. he was out hunting, as he was reminded by a sore lurch of his stomach. the black tomcat flicked his ear in annoyance, and continued looking for prey.
