Deerleap purred. "Plenty of new warriors. The clan will flourish with all of them." She finished grooming and sighed happily.

Blazehowl hummed in agreement. "Little balls of fur prancing around everywhere." She mumbled, her eyes growing distant as she thought about the future.

Ashwhisper, carrying a vole, a sparrow and a fish from his jaws, dropped the prey onto the fresh kill pile and froze as he heard voices. Noticing one of them to be his mate's, his golden eyes brightened and he padded into the nursery, his gaze immediately set on Deerleap. "Hiya."

Deerleap smiled and lit up as soon as her mate walked in. "Ashwhisper!" She nuzzled him and purred. "The kits are coming soon, I can feel it."

Amberthorn peered around the clearing until she made her way into the nursery and inhaled the scent of milk; it reminding her when she was a kit. "How are you doing?" she asked the queens looking about the area. She looked at their plump stomachs and smiled.

(I don't want to get rid of fang feather though... Oh! Can I make him an elder?)

Fangfeather arose from his moss bedding and stared around the medicine den. Everything was blurry and his was unable to stand without great pain. Maybe today was finally the day...
