I glanced at the scene and trudged tiredly she thought of FlameWing as a mother nd I spoke softly "Mom- I mean, FlameWing" warm tears stung my eyes as I looked through the forest... "What will happen to the clan if you have your Kits, will our clan be doomed for failur! KestreFlame I'm scared!" I stared down ta my paws a shocked expression in my eyes and teitar fell leaving a mall trail behind me, I stayed behind with FlintFoot

She pressed her nose comfortingly to Venompaw's ear. "Everything will be OK. The clan will be fine. Greenstar still has a few lives left you know, and I'm not going to give up my responsibilities that easily." She chuckled softly to calm Venompaw down. "Let's go back to rest, sweet thing. You need it."

Mousekit didn't say word, scarred she would say something unimportant or self centered or just mouse brained. Her head dipped at the thought of being 'mouse-brained'. She didn't completely understand what was happening, but she knew well enough that no one was happy. Plus, hearing that Flamewing's world would be draped in darkness already made her heart race. She occasionally looked back at the forest, feeling that one of those clan less cats would appear out of no where again.

He growled lightly. " Flamewing's kits will do nothing to bring failure to OakClan. There is nothing different about her and her kits " He hissed. Flintfoot didn't like how his Clanmates pressured Flamewing at a time like this.

Flamewing gave a nod to Flintfoot. "Exactly. Everything will be fine, and I'll just be a normal queen. I'm no more special then anyone else, and neither are-" She swept her tail across her belly. "Are these." She nodded.

Flintfoot sighed. " Don't be ashamed of having kits. It's a wonderful thing, and I'm happy for you. You're having a family, Flamewing, focus I'm that. " Flintfoot mewed, not taking his eyes off the ground.

Mousekit gazed back up at Flamewing, "Yea, you're right. I can't wait to meet them. Maybe I can tell them stories of when I was a kit! I'm still a kit, but you know." She chuckled a bit, trying to be reassuring, but there was darkness in Flintfoots voice that seemed different than from all the times they talked with each other, and for once she thought Flamewing was scared! Surly no amazing deputy would portray their fear. It's a number one weakness in battle.
