Karma watched him and laughed, "O Mighty Ruler, I bow to thee!" she grinned and bowed down. She saw him fall down and ran to his side, "Ginto! What's happening?" she nudged him and tried to help him up, she looked around and snarled, "Leave us alone!" she growled into the shadows, "We mean no harm! Let him go!" she shouted into the darkness. She looked at Ginto and stood with him.

Ginto continued writhing in the dust, which must seem awkward as nothing had attacked him. But mentally, something had. Soon a dark shade stepped out from the den and growled at them. "No harm? You entered our lands!" he growled at them, bright white teeth bared. Just then, the force holding Ginto down dissapeared and he got up, slightly dizzied. "Keep away, you filthy... shades!" he growled, not sure what to call them.

Karma looked around and snarled at the Shade, "We will leave! Do not attack us and we will leave you alone! We didn't know that anyone was here!" she snapped at the Shade. Relief flooded over her as Ginto stood up, "Ginto! Are you ok?" she asked, she quickly turned her gaze on the Shadow, she held it and held her ground.

Stella opened her eyes a bit, just enough to catch a glimpse of Solus. He obviously was tried and his energy went away fast. She knew she had to keep him here until he recovered. But she now was worried about the pups, both out on their own, but she hoped her son would be safe the most because of his eyes beginning to go blind.

The shades surrounded them, smiling evily. "Oh, but you won't go anywhere. When you know where we live, we can't risk you telling it to our enemies, can we?" he growled and laughed. Then he leaped, nipping at Karma and Gintos feet. He laughed again and soon after another shade came into the game, wrestling with Ginto. They two of them snapped at each others throats, while the first shade smiled and watched Karma.

Solus let out a long sigh and fell deeply asleep, resting as much as possible. He dreamed, once again about his family. He shrugged as he remembered the Nightmare Serenches. What would he do about them? Leave them to pick a new leader, kill them off one by one, or lead the Dream Writers to attack them? He had so many choices... Maybe unite them? Make them support each other? Would it work? He sighed and stopped thinking as he fell asleep, letting his mind go freely.

Karma snarled, she jumped back when they bit her feet, she growled, "Leave us alone!" she saw another shade attack Ginto, "Ginto!" she cried out, looking at the first shade she snarled, fuelled by an inner fire, she leapt at it, teeth bared. She held her claws forwards and snarled at it, "I will FIGHT YOU!"

Ginto growled and bit down in the shade's shoulder, snarling out loudly as he got bit on his flank. Another shade had joined, and was nipping at his throat, pulling off tufts of fur each time. Then they began dragging at his feet, and Ginto shrieked in pain. He wriggled and bit down on the shade holding him down's throat. He heard a choking sound and the shade fell limp. He dropped him to the ground and attacked the second shade holding his feet.

The shade growled at Karma and threw her off by using his hind paws to get her away. He then began nipping at her, trying to get to her neck, or possibly throat.

Karma grinned, "Is that all you got?" she taunted, snapping her jaws at the shade. She maneuvered out of the shade's grasp, "Who ARE YOU?" shouted at it, hissing. She ran around it a few times to try and confuse it, she then ran teeth-first into the shades side. With her free claws, she clawed into the shade's stomach, snarling fiercely.

The shade chuckled. "Me? I'm a Nightmare Serenche." he said. When she began clawing at his stomach he laughed at her. He muttered something under his breath, and suddenly he seemed to vanish. Suddenly he reappeared behin Karma, grinning. "Looking for me?" he taunted her, before using the same move to move somewhere else. It drained energy, but he didn't mind. He had plenty of energy left to take off.

Ginto bit down into the shades head, but was amazed when the dark shade seemed to grow, surrounding him completly. Suddenly, the world was all black. The only thing he could see, was a pair of bright, blue eyes. He sank together on the ground, his eyes black as the night and his jaws opened in a silent wail.
