"Wanna go on an--" Beechpaw cut herself off when she caught sight of Tidestar and Spiderheart huddled beside a limp, pale gray tabby. "Hey, what's going on over there?"

"It isn't really in my nature to get mad," Goldenface replied coolly, smoothening out her pelt with her tongue.

"It isn't really in my nature to get mad," Goldenface replied coolly, smoothening out her pelt with her tongue.

Dreampaw quivered at the sight of the limp body. "I-I don't know!", she said backing away.

"Guys," Lionfang said, "you're acting extremely strange."

"I'm sorry," Foxcloud said. "We'll sit vigil for her. Would you like to carry her over to everyone?"

"Let's go see!" Beechpaw ran over to them.

"Are we?" Daffodiltail giggled. "We hadn't noticed."

Spiderheart shook his head. "No."

"Okay," Foxcloud responded. "Copperberry, can you assist me?" She shifted the dead warrior's shoulders onto her back.

"Yes, yes you are," Lionfang said. "So...are we gonna go after Tidestar?"

(Oh, Tidestar's back btw. She's with Spiderheart by Snowfoot's body, but I don't think Daffodil or Clover know that yet.)

"If you want to." Daffodiltail licked a paw and cleaned her face with it.

Copperberry nodded. "Sure." She started to pick up Snowfoot, but was stopped by Spiderheart. "Wait," the black tom mewed. "I changed my mind."
