Brighteyes let out a small sigh. She meant nothing against the younger cat, it was just that she had already played her part in the test.

Sablekit watched as Spottedkit disappeared, and contemplated trotting after her, though decided that she better not.

Lobeliakit squeaked as her brother followed her, and quickly she dashed out across the clearing, not noticing Larkpaw, or the other cats as she swerved between their paws. "You're as slow as a badger!" She called over her shoulder to her brother.

{ Since Ashpaw and Pebblepaw are now apprentices, I guess Sablekit should be as well... xD }

Wrenkit laughed, picking up his speed as he was inches from her.

Larkpaw sighed, rolling her ivy eyes. "Ashpaw." She meowed, padding up to him/her. "Go over there to Brighteyes." Larkpaw meowed.

Sabblepaw sighed, pushing her way through the nursery entrance. She was only a new apprentice, and so the nursery still felt like home. When she found Spottedkit, she padded over to her friend. "Are you okay?" She mewed gently, her eyes adjusting to the lack of light.

Lobelialkit charged forward, "That's better!" She mewed encouragingly, her small legs thundering on the camp floor with great speed.

Spottedkit nodded. "Mh."

Wrenkit purred, taking to her side.

Sablepaw rolled her eyes. She never liked the idea of cats getting angry, since she could never see the point. Most of the time, anger never seemed to achieve anything, so she tried to avoid it. But this time, here, with Spottedkit, all she felt was annoyance. "You've been avoiding for what feels like a moon!" She blurted out, "Ever since your mother had kits, you haven't been talking to anyone! You mope around camp like the whole of Star Clan's out to get you! You don't talk to me any more! Of all people! You have been so involved with your own problems, that you haven't even noticed that I became an apprentice!" Her tail lashing, she stalked from the nursery.

Lobeliakit rolled, getting dust all over her pelt. She then sprang back up onto her paws, and kept running.

"Maybe we shouldn't be friends then!" Spottedkit growled.

[-Bacon]

Sablepaw just glared, her tail lashing. "If we truly were," She spat angrily, "You'd be happy for me! All I've ever done is look out for you! 'Spottedkit did this, Spottedkit did that. Sablekit, you should go help Spottedkit'" She mocked her mothers' voice, feeling as if her kit hood had been wasted on her 'friend'. "I was there for you through thick and thin, yet you couldn't even come to my apprentice ceremony?! Maybe we aren't friends! Maybe we never were! Maybe all you did was use me!"

"I was Rootclaw!" Spottedkit blurted. "He's been keeping me away from everyone!"

Cinderkit sighed and looked down as his mother replied.
"Two moons?.. thats soooo long time to wait" he said and layed down a bit dissepointed.
He studied his mother for a small moment and licked his paw.
"Mum, why dont I look like you? What did daddy look like?"

"You should tell him." Rainpelt meowed. She had adopted Rivers kits as her own when she died.
