Sageclaw plopped down on his usual spot, the prey item sat in front of him but he didn't eat it just yet "Seems like he didn't appreciate the day off and snuck out of camp to hunt. He is still pretty young but the worse part was he dragged Snowpaw, an even younger cat and more inexperienced to go with him. Instead of finding a warrior to go with instead." He told her. "I won't let that happen again, Otterpaw won't have a day off in some time." The tom couldn't help but smile, he already planned for the apprentice to clean up all the dens and replace the moss in the morning.

Dustfur Satdown next to Sageclaw, listening to what he said. Dustfur let out a sigh before looking at her paws. "That little furball." Dustfur mumbled under her breath. Dustfur looked up to see Sageclaw smiling. "Big plans huh?" She asked nudging him slightly. "I now know why Toadnose was so angry at him." Dustfur turned her gaze back to camp, then up to the sky. She loved the way the sky looked at night, with the stars and moon. Dustfur purred softly before starting to get the moss out of her pelt. She now felt awake with night air.

Sageclaw nodded "Yep, I remember." he meowed quietly "So I will do him the favor of keeping him busy." he flicked his tail behind her ear. He then turned his gaze away from her and looked around for any danger and scented the air, everything seemed be normal and quiet. He could hear the quiet snores from the dens and he felt happy at that. He then set to work on the prey he had grabbed, it was a large bird and had a lot of feathers, he didn't complain though and set to work on plucking out the feathers. When he had finished he looked over to Dustfur and saw she was taking the moss out of her fur still "Want some?" he interrupted her.

snowpaw yawned as she fell into a deep sleep. she was running through the woods with otterpaw at her side, his tabby coat blending in with the oranges and brown of the leaf fall they seemed to be in. she smiled contently and continued running.

adderfang smiled and flicked his tail. he stood up and shook his long ginger pelt, before perking his ears. he began to pad to the tunnel that left the camp, waving his tail at dewwhisker.

whitekit meowed his joy, a loud purr rumbling in the young tom's chest. "thank you!" the white kit squeaked, before standing up and flicking his ear. "of course rainstar." he obliged, waving his tail in farewell and padding back into the safety of the nursery.

fallenstorm flicked her ear wearily, before yawning. she had been on the last two patrols, and was as tired as an owl during the day. the longhaired siamese shifted her pelt awkwardly and glanced around the den, looking for her best friend. she blinked her large eyes, before standing up and wobbling slightly.

denim trudged through the forest, his tail held high. he sprayed one of the trees, unaware he was in the clan cat's domain. he was out hunting, as he was reminded by a sore lurch of his stomach. the black tomcat flicked his ear in annoyance, and continued looking for prey.

Dustfur turned to look at Sageclaw once she was done with the moss. Dustfur shook her head slightly. "Not right now, thank you though." She purred in reply flicking her tail at him. "Eat what you want, if I get hungry I can just go to the fresh kill pile." Dustfur meowed softly before watching Adderfang and Dewwhisker pad out of camp. Dustfur's ears twitched hearing the leafs up in the trees. "It's a nice night." Dustfur remarked as she looked around camp.

After the tom had finished talking to Sageclaw he went to look for Lionheart. He spotted the tom in camp and padded to him "Lionheart, will only take a moment." he meowed. The leader was getting tired now and when he finished letting the tom know about Snowpaw he would retire to his den.

The molly followed behind happily "What way should we go first? Maybe towards the eastern borders?" she thought out loud for Adderstrike's opinion. The eastern border always made her feel uneasy as the forest just seemed to continue going that way, it was always dark beyond the scent marks they had made.

Sageclaw nodded at her and started eating the featherless bird. He stayed alert though for any signs of danger and slightly bent his ear when she commented on the weather tonight. He couldn't help but agree "It is tonight, wonder if it will be like this the entire time though? Usually the mist comes in and after a while it can get a little chilly." he remarked before continuing eating his bird.

waspclaw walked around camp, watching for fallenstorm.
he wanted to invite her on a quick trip to find a fresh mouse.

he saw fallenstorm from across the clearing. he smiled and trotted
towards her.

"morning, fallenstorm." waspclaw greeted softly. "how are you?" he asked.
"i was wondering if you wanted to join me on a little hunting spree, just to catch
something fresh." waspclaw asked with a hint of nervousness in his voice,
only because he was afraid she wouldn't accept. he then added, "i can show you
some cool tricks and tips to hunting."

embarrassed, he waited for a response.

fallenstorm pricked her ears when she heard her friends voice. "good," she purred, flicking her tail in a friendly manner, "you?" she meowed, smiling softly. her stomach gave a short growl, and she realized she hadn't eaten since last sunhigh. the longhaired siamese kneaded the dusty ground.

beat down on his fur, he sighed. ''how 'bout that little
hunting spree i mentioned earlier?'' waspclaw asked again,
urging her to quickly make a decision. he was very impatient,
and he didn't feel like standing there much longer.

fallenstorm fluffed her tail, "of course I'll come." she meowed, flicking her ear as a bug hovered around the pair. "you seem very agitated, so let's get going, I'll need to stretch these stubby legs of mine after that nap." the shecat mumbled quietly, making a few pawsteps towards the camp exit.
