Whisperpaw grinned back. He bounced behind Fogstar and peeked over her shoulder.

Fogstar

She scented the air. "Our marks are becoming stale. We should remark them. Luckily, FireClan didn't cross our border,"She mewed. She began to move forward.

Featherflight
She perked his her ears up, then padded after Fogstar. "I'd be glad to go, to." She said.

Owlswoop
The tomcat glanced about, his whiskers wavering. Tilting his muzzle towards the sky, he inhaled, only catching the scent of his Clan, the felines around him, and the trees. Then, he glanced back at Featherflight, whom had decided to join. "You can tag along," he mewed with a friendly smile.

Chasmpaw
"What? FireClan didn't cross? Oh, those mouse-dungs are planning something, I bet you! They're going to be nice, and then they will tear us apart . . . not if I can help it!" He burst out, his voice squeaking.

Fogstar

She turned behind her. "Alright,"She responded to Featherflight and padded forward. She sniffed the air continuously.

Whisperpaw

"I'll rip their pelts off, and--

Fogstar

"Don't scare all the prey out of the forest, young one,"She mewed sternly, cutting off his speech.

Whisperpaw

"Ooookay..."He meowed, rolling his eyes.

Owlswoop
The tomcat gave a mrrow of amusement, and continued to pad alongside the leader and latter warrior. He was significantly taller than them, making him feel slightly awkward. He then glanced back at his son, Chasmpaw, and smiled. He was glad that finally, he was making a new friend.

Chasmpaw
As soon as Fogstar hushed Whisperpaw, he was dead silent. Flicking his ears, the ginger tomcat exchanged glances with his father, and then lowered his head, glaring at the ground. He flicked a leaf up with one of his claws, and snatched it in his paws as it descended from above.

Whisperpaw

Seeing a small vole, he stalked it and pounced. It noticed him at the last minute, and got to its paws, scampering away from Whisperpaw. Get back here! He pounced on it again, giving it a swift bite. It dangled from his jaws and he set it down. He grinned.

Chasmpaw
He noticed a mouse nibbling upon a berry near some shrubs, and lowered himself to the ground, his belly fur pressed against the earthen soil. He took a few silent pawsteps forwards, unsheathing his claws. He then leapt, but little did he know that the mouse had ran away. Landing face first into the shrubs, he let out a yowl of surprise. He was so focused on his stalking maneuver that he didn't even realize that the catch itself had scampered away!

Featherflight
She giggled a bit. "Apprentices seem amusing to me." She mumbled, padding up behind Fogstar. "You don't seem hurt." Featherflight said.

Chasmpaw
He turned around, spitting out some small, dark green leaves. "Fox-dung!" He yowled with contempt, glancing at Owlswoop. He noticed that his own father was amused of the matter! "Oh, come on . . ." He hissed beneath his breath.

"They are pretty amusing at times..."She had a slight purr in her tone. She padded forward. "Let's head towards the lake,"She mewed, waving her tail to Chasmpaw.
