Driftpaw padded happily to the apprentice den, he wanted to get a good look around the camp. He poked his head in to see Brackenpaw. "Hi!" He mewed grinning widely.

His head snapped up, as he narrowed his eyes. "Hel-lo." He muttered, before tucking his muzzle under his paw. Greta, just great..

Driftpaw found an empty nest by the entrance, "Do you know what this green stuff is?" He mewed curiously.

Heronfrost looked down at Hailpaw, her eyes brimming with pride. She gave him a warm smile and closed her eyes. My own apprentice. I'm not a kitty pet anymore!

Foxfang watched in silence, tail twitching slightly.

Zephyrpaw padded into the apprentice den, casting a strange glance at Driftpaw. He doesn't know what moss is? She sat down in her nest and shook her head to herself with amusement.

Poking the green substance Driftpaw unsheathed his claw. He liked the soft thing, it was like the blankets that his old housefolk used to let him sleep on.

"Just lay on it!" Brackenpaw burst out, now sitting up in his nest, as he flicked his tail in greetings to Zephyrpaw.

Hailpaw suddenly bounded in the apprentices den, setting a paw on the moss accidently, and let out a loud screech. "It's got me!" he yowled, leaping on top of Diego. "SAAVVEEE ME!"

Zephyrpaw's eyes widened at Hailpaw's reaction to the moss, and she looked at Brackenpaw with a bewildered look. "Well..."
