Couragestar sighed, and mewed, "Yes, he was a kit in the clan, and he showed great promise. I was going to take him as my apprentice. I think, even though I know it sounds silly, that I wanted him to grow up to be deputy. He ran away though, and I never expected to see him again, especially back in the camp."
