Blazehowl watched as her mate disappeared into the forest and she turned around to walk back into the nursery, patiently waiting for Blackwillow to come back. After a while, he came back with a rabbit, Deerleap let her eat first and she smiled. "Thank you both." She said quietly, feeling a little shy as she bent down to nibble on the fresh kill.

Deerleap smiled and sat back down, licking her belly. "I hope these kits come soon, I feel about to burst!

((I'm jelly of you because I've always wanted to live in the US D: And sorry, I haven't been here for long so I have no idea what's going on with Shadowstalker :c))

After finishing the meal, Blazehowl looked at Deerleap and chuckled as she pushed the remaining rabbit over to her. "I know the feeling. The anticipation is killing me too!" Glancing at Blackwillow, she smiled. "Thank you for the feast."

Blackwillow smiled and licked her cheek, then mewed, "No problem. I'm going to see if Flamestar needs me." He slipped out of the nursery.

Deerleap started to eat. She finished off the rabbit and nodded. "Does Eaglepaw know how many you are expecting?"

Blazehowl answered Blackwillow with a nod, watching as he disappeared from the nursery with a content smile on her face. Turning to Deerleap, her smile widened. "3 little kits, and you?"

Amberthorn trotted back into the camp with a hare clamped between her jaws and a spark of happiness in her eye. She believe she caught it in the smartest of ways and she lifted it up high. She placed it on the fresh kill pile that was a majority of fish again that stared at her with their mocking eyes. She turned her head and watched her brother Crimsonpaw eat a salmon happily and she sighed then chuckled . She looked in the direction of blazehowl and couldn't help but purr. She had to attend to her deputy duties soon, so she looked around the mingled cats.

Her ears flicked in his direction as he spoke. "Thanks." She replied letting a small smile cross her face for a moment. "Would you like to join me?" She asked, they'd catch more together, besides some company could be nice.

Shadowstalker nodded slowly, as if hesitating for a few heartbeats, but the speed gradually quickened. "Sure, I could use some company," he agreed. He pricked his ears forward, his amber gaze lingering on Doveflight for a few inaudible moments before his eyes flicked away. "So, how's hunting going with you?" He asked, trying to make casual small talk as he opened his jaw to drink in the air for scents of prey or intruders.
