"Oh, um, I'm good. Fine. Ya I'm great." Mossfur managed to get out, straightening himself up again. "Where did you come from?"

"Oh I came from the forest, hunting.." She say up and groomed off the dirt from his pelt.

Deep purrs rumbled from his chest at her actions, his eyes meeting hers. "You must be tired after hunting for so long.

She smiled and flicked her tail. "Uh, kind of.." She pinned a ear playfully and stretched her forlegs.

Once Spiritstar finally made her way to camp, she immediately turned her attentions to her kits, "Tigerkit! Hollykit!" She yowled and ran to them, "are you guys alright? What did you do while. I was gone?" Spiritstar wanted to be caught up on what was happening.

"Only kind of?" He teased, flicking her nose with his tail. His ear flicked towards Spirtstar and he looked at Lightheart. "Come with me real quick." He pleaded, padding towards Spiritstar. "They are asleep Spiritstar, but they had a chance to play. Tigerkit played with Spiritfire for a bit." Mossfur assured the queen leader, smiling softly as his gaze drifted back towards Lightheart.

"Oh, thank you so much!" Spiritstar mewed in gratitude.

Lightheart nodded and blushed, even through her fur as she licked Mossfurs ear.

Spiritstar quickly noticed that she was interfering, then stalked away quietly. She sat in her den, and closed her eyes, not exactly dreaming. She decided that she was not yet ready to welcome in slumber, so she sat outside her den. A few minutes had passed as she sat watching the sunset, she quickly remembered how careless she had been with her kits, no! What an irresponsible thing to do! she scolded herself, quickly drifting over to the nursery, she curled her tail around her kits. She still stood outside, a raindrop splashed on her nose and she shook it off. A few more fell and soon it started drizzling, but got heavier.

Light pinned her ears. "Hey want to go into the warriors den?" She nudged Mossfur and brushed her tail onto his back.
