Stormfeather got to his paws slowly, taking his time to reach the leader. Then he sat back down. "I'm Stormfeather." He meowed, dipping his head slightly to acknowledge the leader. He ignored her sharp tone. Then the inky black tom said, "I have always been interested in your Clan life. I have been a loner most of my life, and I've heard stories of the Clans ever since I was a kit. Finally I got enough curiosity to come here, to ask to join."

Flamekit bounced towards the apprentices' den, spotting Ashpaw and her sister. "Hey Ashkit! And Pebblek-" Suddenly he stopped, and his eyes grew wide as if he had seen a warrior of Star Clan. "Oh, I'm sorry!" He apologized profusely. "I didn't mean to!" He continued, his mew small. "I forgot! It's just... so weird now!"

Ashpaw looked to Flamekit and bounded to her paws, purring loudly in amusement. "Oh, it's alright, Pebblekit-PebblePAW and I get mixed up as well." She smiled and rubbed her cheek against his.

Flamekit's cheeks grew warm with embarrassment as she pressed her cheek to his. Something inside his chest seemed to flutter, and as if to try and hide his current state, he started pawing the ground. "Oh, okay. Thanks." He replied, smiling up at her before going back to playing with the dirt.

Ashpaw laughed and pawed at his ear. "Wanna play?" she asked lovingly, racing around him like a mouse.

Larkpaw flicked an ear at the two. "Apretinces don't play, unless you still a kit." She said with a snirker.

Scarletstar narrowed her eyes. "You think that you could just walk in here and ask to join BlazeClan?" She asked. "Well no, not like that." She growled. "You have to go throgh tests to prove your clan worthy!"

"I just... can't help... wondering..." She finished, as if Cricketleap hadn't said anything. Her eyes began to really focus on the new comer, the was something different about him than there was about the others. Like Firefly, and River even. They hadn't been Clan born, though their presence seemed different. "Do you think he's from a Clan? Like ours?" She questioned Cricketleap quietly, crouching down.

Rootclaw smiled, and flicked her pelt with the tip of his tail. "You'll be the age of an apprentice soon." He mewed proudly, as if she were his own daughter. "You'll need to start behaving like one."

Cricketleap nodded. "Yes, he has a Clan name."

Spottedkit growled. "I can if I want, but im not now am I?"

Silentpaw smiled so that one cuspid shown, purring. "And to where, O Great One?" she asked Koisplash mockingly. Her ears tilted forward and her shoulders rolled forward as well in a playful, casual way, her eyes squinted and the smile still plastered on her muzzle.

"Sure." Stormfeather said calmly with a shrug. I"ll do your tests and hope to please you, er.." He stopped, trying to remember what the she-cat called her leader. "Um, er, Scarletstar!" He gave a blink, his gray eyes studying the leader. The scrawny tom still sat in his position, waiting for a response. He wondered if they were tests over time with loyalty, or actual physical tests.

"We will test your hunting, fighting and mentoring." She meowed. "Pick witch one you want to do first."

"Hunting." Stormfeather instantly said, getting to his paws with a slight stretch. His inky black fur was slightly ruffled from sitting so long. The felidae turned his head, distracted for a moment, as he stared into the sky, lost in thought, frozen.
