Olivebreeze stretched, yawning as she peered around the temporary camp. Immediately she settled back on her haunches and began grooming herself- a quiet, peaceful pastime that had always been her first priority. It both soothed her and prepared her for the day ahead. Completing her rather scrappy grooming session, the brown-and-white tabby watched the camp for a place to help. Seeing none, she sighed and flopped onto her belly, feeling wretched and useless. Finally Olivebreeze decided to abandon her pity party when she noticed Flutterpaw, a young she-cat she hadn't much talked to, emerging from the other side of camp. Olivebreeze crossed the camp casually, the wind buffeting her fur slightly, before approaching the apprentice. "Hi, Flutterpaw. Do you fancy hunting for a bit with me?" she meowed, flicking her tail.

Stormpaw quietly positioned herself in her expert hunter's crouch, her eyes trained on the shivering bush slightly to her left. She closed her eyes for a moment, visualizing her next move, then sprang from her crouch, sending leaves scattering in all directions as she lunged forward. Her prey- a rabbit- desperately bounded out of her reach and zigzagged away across the clearing, but Stormpaw was prepared, and easily outran it, finally clamping her jaws around its neck. How odd it is that I'm one of the fastest cats in the Clan, and yet I'm half kittypet, she thought to herself as she paused, flushed with victory, to catch her breath. A cloud of jealousy drifted through her thoughts as she remembered that Olivebreeze's father had been a warrior. But Stormpaw shook it off and began to lug her sizable catch back to their temporary camp, limping slightly from the pressure she'd put on her bad leg. She'd sprained it a few days before, and it certainly wasn't getting any better. I'll visit the medicine den when I get back, the young she-cat decided.

"Come in you two." he meowed, not looking up from where he picked through the few herbs they had. It was pitiful, he thought it was, that twice they had to leave all the herbs they'd collected, and he wasn't too happy about it. Though his even and calm attitude didn't alow him to show it.

He pawed in and sat down then looked over the den.

Stonekit felt the big paw on his head and closed his eyes purring softly. Something flew by; a butterfly it got his attention as it fluttered near the 2 warriors he jumped up and started batting at it and laughing as this was fun.

Gingerpaw saw shadowpaw get up 'oh shadowpaw dont go...'she wanted to say but no words

Leopardpaw looked over at Berchpaw, "Tell him what's wrong with you.." she whispered.

"Oh yea haha " he wispered back and sat up straight and began to speak "well i have been trapped i the apprentices den during the fire due to a log blocking the way out...then i began to claw at it untill it snaped, i swirmed out of the tiny opening and i cut my sholder on thr wood" he mewed

Shadowpaw lets his muscles relax as Gingerpaw walks up. She seemed to want to talk to Dragonpaw at the moment... "Well, I see Gingerpaw wants to talk to you now, Dragonpaw. I'll leave you two alone." he says, a bit dissapointed that he couldn't eat with his friend. "Just give me a shout if you need me!" he calls out as he pads off. Shadowpaw was too busy looking over his shoulder at Dragonpaw, his new friend, that he didn't stop in time; he bumped right into Mistypaw's shoulder. "Oops! Sorry..Mistypaw." he mumbles,abashed from his clumsiness."I didn't notice that you were there." he mews. Unfortunately, he hit his chest on her shoulder, so it took him a moment to recover from the wind that was pushed out of his lungs.

Dragonpaw watched Shadowpaw leave, ears twithcing as he glanced at the she cat apprentice. "Er...you wanted to speak with me?" he asked, giving a slight smile.

"Thank you i do agree that you are the better hunter though" he said sweetly

The fae couldnt help but smirk, giving the tom a light nuzzle on the cheek. "Well thank you." she purred softly.
"Your not bad yourself." she said, gaze illuminated. Her tone had now become more flirtatious in nature.

{Don't think so. I'm still waiting for a reply for Eaglestar, but I think I'll just have her come back to the camp to do the ceremony if I don't get one within a few days.}

Pineclaw's fur bristled unintentionally, but he forced himself to keep calm. "Tigerclaw." he replied with a nod of his own, his expression guarded and wary.

"How's the prey running?" He said, trying to keep small talk as much as he could. He gently kept a paw ontop of Stonekit's head gently rubbing his head.

"Well enough." replied Pineclaw gruffly. "But we need to get moving. We won't be able to survive here when leaf-bare starts." It was...strange, admitting that. He had had polite conversation with cats from other clans before, of course--at gatherings. But Foxstar had always insisted that nobody in the clan admit to any weakness. It didn't matter now, though. Tigerclaw would starve as surely as he would if they didn't reach the forest. They both knew that.

He nodded with a calm sigh, watching as Stonekit chased his butterfly. "I worry for the young and the old that managed to survive the fire. They managed to survive that, I pray they survive Leaf-bare." He said softly, he had taken a great liking to Stonekit, he reminded him of his own young brother.
