Mallowwing padded out of the camp, his stomach grumbled slightly, he hadn't had the chance to eat yet but he had to catch some prey for the rest of the clan before he could help himself. His paws made crunching sounds as he stepped on dead leaves and stray twigs. He soon found himself in a meadow near the edges of the clan's territory. He walked out into the open field and closed his eyes as he let the breeze flow through his long white and brown fur.

Sagewhisker had managed to catch a plump mouse and a scrawny sparrow, something he wasn't necessarily proud of because it had seemed sickly laying on the ground, closer to death than when Sagewhisker had actually killed it. Misery had been put out for the small creature though, Sagewhisker assumed best. Hawkfire had managed to catch three birds, they were all of a medium nature and he seemed proud in his catch. Sagewhisker regarded him quietly.

Pebblestream looked at him with a bit of concern. "Do we need to go back?" Pebblestream mewed, it seemed his paw had jammed on some rocks or snagged on the hare. Pebblestream wasn't sure of which. There appeared no cut on his paw, so she assumed it was entirely internal. He gave his own explanation of his injury and she thought briefly. "It's okay to say it hurts, we can go back if you need to." Pebblestream mewed comfortingly. She didn't want him limping around the whole forest and the two of them run into something awful, she was a runner not a fighter.

Vulturestar looked at the young, bright-eyed apprentice. Honeypaw spoke with a bumble that he had seen many apprentices before her speak with. Though right now she spoke almost meekly, her voice silent, and Vulturestar's gaze observant. "Thank you, Honeypaw, would you like to share it?" Vulturestar mewed, once she had placed it down he had taken a bite from it and then pushed it back over to her, offering it back to her. Honeypaw was an enjoyable apprentice much like Applepaw was, he almost wished he would have trained the two both together. He had trained around ten apprentices, four times the apprentices had been in a pair of two. Often challenging him. Though he always did this challenge to himself since the previous leader started it. Perhaps he sought another apprentice as Applepaw grew older, though he wanted to devote his attention to Applepaw currently when he could "How has your training been going?" He asked the young she-cat.

reedjaw tried to straighten his paw out once more but let out a yowl of pain. his ears flicked back and he sighed disdainfully and looked up at pebblestream. "i think it would be best if we go back despite my wanting to." he meowed ruefully and limped towards where they had crossed the stream. his tail danced behind him and he looked back at pebblestream, "hopefully it isn't to bad and i'll be back up again by tomorrow." his ears perked at the soft pelted molly. his deep green eyes following her every move. 'maybe she'll keep me company in the medicine den while i heal.' he thought wishfully but knew the molly had better things to do with her time.

the dark grey apprentice, stalked through the underbrush, his fluffy grey tail flicking in and out of the leaves. his ears perked as he opened his maw to scent for any other prey. his ears perked towards and fluttering of wings, a small finch had landed on the ground before him and was picking mindlessly at some sticks on the ground. once more he quickly dropped into a crouch, his eyes focusing on the prey before him.

Swallowing, he looked up at her. "Of course! Anything but sitting around here." He looked up at MinnowPaw, and felt his fur warm, and hoped she didn't notice his blushing. "Yeah, we're going to train, if you...you know, want to come with us ." He mumbled, looking down at his paws, too shy to meet her gaze. (Crush!) He sucked in a breath, and although he knew he was terrified of climbing, he realized that's what they were going to do, so he answered "Yeah, swimming, that's terrifying, let's climb." He said half-heartedly. "Ok, I guess we are swimming then." He said, actually relieved, because he hated heights. But the look on MinnowPaw's face made him want to climb instead. He gave her a look of admiration at her willingness to swim, even if she thought she wouldn't be good enough at it.
