Sootstripe followed Cinderstar back into camp, wondering what this was all about.

"That's good." Rainpool smiled at the younger she-cat and opened her mouth to say something else, but that was when the two patrols returned. "Oh?" She watched them curiously. "Back so soon?"

"Cinderstar has 'announcements to make'," was all Sootstripe said as he passed by Rainpool and the others.

"announcements?" waxrose ask as badgerpaw gets ready to become a warrior "COME AT ME DORKS!" she yells derpily

The cream and white tabby she-cat stopped playing with the mossball, and watched on with curiosity.

The curly-furred, light brown and white tom cocked his head slightly in confusion, at Sootstripe's comment.

Cinderstar climbed to the tallest ridge in camp, about 6 tail-lengths above the main clearing. She cleared her throat and called the clan together. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather here beneath the Tall Ridge for a clan meeting!"

Yellowpaw sat near the base of the ridge with a sigh, not looking forward to these announcements.

The curly-furred, light brown and white tom padded towards Tall Ridge, and waited.

Rainpool turned her gaze towards Cinderstar, cocking her head slightly. What could this be about?

Sootstripe sat with his tail curled around his paws, waiting patiently to hear what his leader had to say.
