She liked that the grey cat was responding with kindness. She did a little nod to herself. How have you been? The sun seems to be brighter now a days. She mentioned, the sunlight was piercing through her, warming her up. She did a light, small purr to herself. She didn't see Mintstep as she turned back to Briarcloud.

Foxmask had a smile on her face as she approached where Pantherstrike and Sunpaw were talking along with her apprentice Juniperpaw. She couldn't help it much that the new apprentice was eager to go training. Though of course she could help listening to their conversation.

"Well, I do apologize for listening in on your conversation." She said as she padded up to where Sunpaw, Pantherstrike, and Juniperpaw was talking. "Though I must say congratulation on your first apprentice, Pantherstrike. I know you'll make a good mentor." She said at first, dipping her head politely to Pantherstrike. "And hello Sunpaw, my name is Foxmask. I am Juniperpaw's mentor."


☆Blizzardpaw☆
Blizzardpaw quietly went along with the rest of the patrol. Trying very hard to hold his tongue so he wouldn't say something that would keep him as an apprentice for another moon or three. Though he did keep his eyes along with ears open as they went along, though there wasn't any prey to be seen or hear from so far. All he could do was listen to the chatting of the warrior's as they went along. While thinking to himself about she-cat and toms like himself. What was the important of flirting, along with stuff like that. As he didn't really understand that part of it, flirting with a she-cat. Maybe he just hadn't meet the right one yet. Though for now it just seemed like a much of nonsense to him. But he followed the patrol anyways still keeping his ear's perked for the sound of prey.


☆Falconpaw☆
Falconpaw followed along with the patrol, her eyes bright and looking for any signs of prey along with her ears pricked on the look out for the sound of prey. She kept both of them open and sharp, as she wanted to make a good impression for her assessment. Of course once they could find prey to hunt, she could show her hunting prowess and hopeful show her skills so she'd hopeful pass her assessment. Though deeper under her pelt she was a little nervous as well, as she wanted to become a warrior and serve her clan as faithfully as she could. Yet first would be completing this assessment, then she could think about the future later on. And maybe even help her sister Dreampaw if she needed it. She could listen to the senior warriors and her mentor's chatting as she followed along with the rest of the patrol. Though honestly she didn't mind if she became a warrior, she just hoped that Dreampaw would be able to follow her dream and become one too.

Sunpaw flicked his ears and smiled as the she cat walked up, "Hello foxmask!" he purred and pressed his nose against her pelt picking up her scent. He smiled and nuzzled her.

to start with a territory tour, then maybe foxmask
and juniperpaw can help with familiarizing sunpaw
with the scents of different prey... but i don't really
want to take from juniperpaw's training time...
