FlamePaw flatten his ears. "Sorry." He meowed. He walked inside the apprentice's den and layed down.

FlamePaw looked around and rolled onto his back. He tried doing to sleep. But He couldn't. He went outside of the apprentice's den and walked around the camp. He turned back and looked outside the camp.

Echopaw flattened her ears, wishing Blacktail wasn't so grumpy. She was resting on her side outside the apprentice den. She sighed and closed her eyes, too long for it to be a blink, then opened them. She was trying to not fall asleep.

He turned around and walked back to the apprentice's den. He jumped around as He entered and flopped on his back and layed there.

Echopaw watched Flamepaw go inside the apprentice den "What are you doing?" she asked curiously.

"Being bored." He grunted

"Knew that was coming..." Echopaw huffed "What were you so down about before you went off to fight the dogs?" she asked curiously.

He looked at echopaw. " Well I asked dragonstar could ravenfeather be my mentor and she looked so shocked and I guess she didn't want me to be a medicine cat. I know I'm a boy but...is that unusual? A boy who wants to be a medicine cat? I snapped at dragonstar and I feel kind of bad." He meowed.

Echopaw blinked "There have been many male medicine cats, Flamepaw. It's not unusual at all. And she'll probably forgive you. She's a kind leader, after all." she replied with a flick of her tail tip.

He looked at echopaw. "Yeah..I guess I took it the wrong way." He purred and started to relax.
