Owlstar plopped down to the ground, fluffy tail snaked over his paws, covering them with a sheet of fur. At Adderfoot's interrogation he closed his eyes deppressingly, "Wetfoot was a great cat, I think that he deserves my waiting for, for approximately a week more, if he doesn't come back by then... I might need to give StarClan a little visit at the Moonstone," he stifled a smiled and blinked open his drowsy, clouded over eyes, "I've been thinking about it but picking a new deputy is tough business, Adderfoot," he mewed with admittance.

(We'll say that Owlstar's last deputy, Wetfoot, will have been taken by twolegs like Greystripe, but will never return and Owlstar is waiting for him to come back for now)

Rainpaw asked her advice and opinion, "Do you think that we should go over there and ask? I haven't seen your mentor around today, maybe we could wait for him or...?" He paused and finished, "what do you think?" His tail-tip was twitching eagerly, why are you so awkward? The voice rippled through his mind bitterly in an annoying manner. Shut up, shut up, shut up! I'm doing fine... stop punishing yourself for something you never did, Rainpaw! He let a long gape from his jaws and hopped to his paws, stop throwing questions at her! and then something came to mind, Oh crap.. oh know it's my turn to remove Fishleap's ticks from her fur! Ugh, she's literally ATTRACTS ticks her fur is so long.

Bluepaw nodded. "I haven't seen her in a while." She told him, thinking for a breef moment before asking "we can see if we can find her, and if she doesn't snow up, we could just always go with Adderfoot." She told him with a shrugg. She couldn't help but screw her eyes shut as a headache pounded at her skull.

Adderfoot nodded, he was always intreeged by the deputy selection process, and the way Starclan works. "I can imagine. I was about two moons old when wet foot was made an apprentice." He temembered. "I used to kinda look up to him at that age." He chuckled softly, remembering the loyal cat.

Owlstar smiled sadly, "a great friend, too, he was so caring when I trained him, unfortunate that he wasn't deputy for too long," he looked up at the sun escaping from the sky slowly dipping under the horizon, "Hmm, the sun has almost reached Sun-drown place, I'd best send out the Dawn Patrol, wanna help me pick?" He inquired with a swish of his short, fluffy tail.

Your in big trouble Rainpaw, Fishleap won't be happy that you forgot AGAIN He glanced back at Bluepaw to see a strange change in her eyes and a flicker of movement, "Whoa! Bluepaw! Are you alright?! Should I take you to the medicine cat's den?"

(Pom I found out that the Cancer thing unfortunately isn't real :c. But going around on the news everyone is saying that they have found a cure to pediatric cancer, very luckily)
