Pharaoh knew he should've expected an outburst from Snowstorm the minute she got up, but it still took him by surprise. He scrambled to his feet, shaking his head. "You weren't before," he insisted. "Snowstorm, I promise you can go after the nightwing later. How do you expect to fly with a bad tail? You won't even be able to STEER! Please... Let's think through this, alright?" He extended his talons, but pulled back quickly. "The necklace doesn't help... It helped for your scorched face and your other wounds, but not for this. Do you want me to look at it?" WHY hadn't he done that before, when she had still been woozy? Was it because he didn't want to listen to her moaning in pain?

Snowstorm either didn't hear him, or ignored him. "LET US GO, PHARAOH! LET US CATCH A NIGHT- AHHHHH!" Next thing she knew, Snowstorm had hopped off the cliff and was barreling downwards towards the mountains again, useless tail drooping behind her as she clawed the air.

Terra flew into the air and grabbed Snowstorm by a horn. Staggering with her weight, she landed-faceplanted into the ground. "Are you trying to make your injuries worse? Look, the dragonets will be fine. We are going to get them after you rest."

(YUSSS BOOK NINEEEEEEEEEEE)

[AGGUA!]

Pharaoh-
"Snowstorm, stop!" Pharaoh cried, flailing off of the rock outcropping and diving for the icewing. "You can't fly!" He dropped like a stone, not wanting to grab Snowstorm by the tail, but he couldn't help it. He grabbed onto the end and she jerked to a halt with a sickening SNAP- he refused to look down and see if he had helped or simply made it worse. Instead, he sealed his eyes shut, beating his wings, trying hard not to let go. They were hovering, or simply dropping very slowly, but he could feel his grip loosening on Snowstorm's slick white scales.

Terra rubbed her sore talons and sighed. "You can open your eyes now Pharaoh." She prodded the SandWing who was tightly shutting his eyes.

Snowstorm furiously flailed her back legs, trying to get out of his and Terra's grip. "I am taking orders from no one!" she exclaimed, finally slipping free- and landing face-first with her head in the dirt. She continued to flail her back legs, trying to pull her head out. "I am going after that jerk!" she said loudly, but muffled. "I repeat: I take orders from no one!"
