Hollykit walked for what seemed hours.She saw a mouse and crept forward, but it scurried away."Mouse dung!"then she niticed she was lost and ran to a den with a reek smell.

Venom nodded."Attack me."

Spiritstar finally finished talking, "Hollykit? Hollykit!?" She ran from camp at full speed and looked for her kit rapidly, "HOLLYKIT!" She yowled

Swiftkit looked at his sister

Tawnypaw dipped her head, "hello, are new here?" She tilted her head to the side

Hollykit sniffed the den.Suddenly two foxes came out and she yowled in terror.A fox scratched her across the face cuasing pain.She lost the tip of her left ear, but tried to run.

Spiritstar heard a yowl, and darted in that direction in terror, she saw the two foxes, "Hollykit!" She managed to yelp, then leaped forward, pushing her kit out of the way protectively

"Mommy!"Hollykit cried out in terror feeling blood run down her ear.

"I will teach you a sad lesson, today." Suncloud mewed, walking to her herb stores. She selected rosemary, lavender, and mint. "I will teach you the burial ritual. As we have no Elders, we will perform it alone on Stormheart." She mewed solemnly.

i can't lead them towards camp! she leaped at the creature, scratching it's eye. Spiritstar then scratched it's theoat with thorn-sharp claws.

Cedarpaw nodded, "alright, let's start." He said withbsorrow

Moonglow followed Spiritstar's scent. He padded out into the forest, and came upon a sickening sight. He sidled up beside his mate and gave a loud snarl.

Suncloud lifted the herbs and padded knot the center of camp. She began rubbing the herbs into the dead cat's fur. "Set a fe aside." She told him, leaving out a few mint leaves and a rosemary petal aside.

Hollykit staggered."Daddy."

Spiritstar felt her mate's presence, and snarled in the direction of the fox. The fox slashed at her face, Spiritstar cried out in pain, raking her claws down it's neck
