He scanned the river for prey and soon spotted a fish swimming by. Hawkfeather unsheated his claws and waited to pounce. He made sure his shadow didn't show on the river water before he aimed and pulled the fish out of the water and onto the forest floor. The brown tabby tom bent down and killed it with a bite to the gill. He then pushed it aside and looked over at his hunting companion, Fiercestrike, with a satisfied smile. He felt very proud of himself.

Then she looked at the water for fish. She stood there for a while but then pounced into the water. She came to the surface with a fish in her mouth, which was squirming. She bit harder and it stopped.

Ravenpaw padded up to his mentor Sandclaw his paws itching with anticipation. "Hey Sandclaw are you busy maybe we could do some training!" He mewed happily nearly jumping up and down like a kit.

He smiled happily. "Thanks." Hawkfeather then padded up to the river and watched with excitement as Fiercestrike caught a fish. "Great catch!" he congratulated. "Should we head back or keep on fishing?"

Sandclaw
Sandclaw smiled down at Ravenpaw, his first apprentice. He would probably need help. After all, Ravenpaw was a bundle of energy, at least, that's what Sandclaw thought. He decided he would try to train him by himself. "Alright, would you like me to show you around the territory, Ravenpaw?" Sandclaw asked.

You have no idea how much trouble I'd get in if you weren't allowed to.'' The tabby tom twitched his ear as he heard the loner talk about fishing. ''Maybe you could teach me a little bit about hunting after I'm done teaching you some battle moves. I'm not the best at hunting.'' He flicked his tail and started padding towards the meadow. ''To the meadow it is.''

Nightbreeze smiled brightly up at Fallenstar, she then glanced down at her belly exposing the newborn kits. "Fallenstar meet your new kits. The tom is Thistlekit, and the she-cat is Aspenkit." She tiredly but proudly licked her mate's cheek she then wrapped her tail around the kits only exposing their small tiny heads.

he murmured, gazing down at his kits with pride.

Nightbreeze smiled. "I'm glad to hear that, but any cat can be lurking in these shadows surrounding us, and waiting for the perfect moment to grasp their claws around our kits. We can't have any cat know, even though I think my sister already knows." She worriedly meowed, she was afraid they would both have to send them over to Starclan to help them. Unless there was a way to protect them from anything to take away their kits.
