Amaroq held his eyes on the alphaess, his heart slowly beating faster and faster with every word. "So, the alphaess yearns for love and a family." He murmured, calm on the outside, though his heart raced like a pup playing with a sibling. "Of course love can find a scatterbrained alphaess that can keep her pack together. Love has found a beautiful, smart, amazingly skilled dove, it found her long ago." The brute murmured, his eyes watching her movements, watching as he eyes faded into a distant look. "You will never die alone, Nilah. You'll always have your loyal pack, your friends, your beta. I'll always be here for you, no matter what." He murmured and put his head over hers, rubbing her soft fur. "You'll never be alone, not while I'm alive."

_Dania trotted after Sesshomaru's scent, barking lowly to alert him that she was coming and was a friend. "Greetings. Do you need any help carrying that back?"

_Rowan padded along the boarders, pausing here and there to mark and pushing the boarder back as Nilah had instructed. He also grabbed some of the herbs that House had said he needed.

Sesshomau looked at Dania and nodded. He didnt speak however, only picked up the kill and drug it by its neck. He didnt check to see if the she wolf was helping him and it didnt matter if she did or not. Sesshomaru was more than capable of bringing back his catch by himself.

The brute made his way back to camp, pace slowed by the carcus he brought with him. His golden eyes were looking straight ahead, scouting out familiar checkpoints and landmarks. It didnt take too long to find the campsie and he lugged the prey towards the kill pile, setting it down.

His chops, chest and legs were stained a brilliant red.

Nilah scoffed at his words, but found them comforting all the same. Nilah couldn't help but feel warmth spread over her and her stomach churn like it did when she was a pup and she worried she would be in trouble for wandering off. But she was not in trouble now unless you counted Triant and his pack of demons. So what was making it this way? Nilah "Yes but...-" she was cut off as Amaroq rubbed her glowing pelt, she knew it was a gesture of comfort but all the same she knew it had a differnt meaning for him then it had for her. Was that it? Did Amaroq love her? And all this time she thought it was the other way around, or was it both? Thinking of these thing gave her a slight ache and ahd to shake her head to clear it. "But it's differnt then a pack" she continued "I just think that if love is actually real and not some figment, then wouldn't it be nice to have a family to share the pack with?' Now she knew she was treading deep, way too deep she was beginning to sound like Triant, and she didn't like it.

"I suppose it is different, a pack's love and a mate's love. Very different indeed... However," Amaroq started, pulling away from Nilah. "If you want a mate and pups you need to pursue that. You need to go after it, show your feelings to whom you love. If you don't, you'll never know if that wolf loves you. Of course first of all you need to find a wolf you do love. And that's not always easy. Sometimes you have to travel and wait. Did you ave anyone in mind? I could always give you a few tips, though romance isn't my game." He murmured. "... Perhaps Rowan?" He choked out.

Nilah looked at Amaroq as he spoke of, tips and pursuing what she wanted but that was just it. She didn't have eyes for anyone, only the welfare of her pack. She perked her ears as Amaroq mentioned Rowan and realized what he meant "Oh, heck no! I mean Rowan's nice and all, but he's my beta I don't think of him in that way," she aid shifting again so that her front legs were under her and her back legs beside her. Traveling was also out of the question, Where in the world would she go? She couldn't leave the pack just to find a partner for life that was insane nonsense. The other fact of expressing her feelings, wasn't Nilah's thing right now Nilah was having trouble even speaking to Amaroq about this, and he was a trusted and close friend, almost like a brother she never had....
