"Oh my." Nieva said at the bloody body or Ares. She turned and nuzzled Nessa closer.

Nessa buried her shaky small body into Nieva, too shocked to look anymore

Nieva shook her head to get that terrible picture out of her head and she turned her head her breath coming out in terrible gasps. "Well Nessa this is what the wild does to you, the wild did this to my foal." she said pawing the ground angrily. "My foal dissapeared and I know she couldn't of survived." Nieva whinnied swishing her tail madly. If only I knew where my foal really was , I wonder if she is alvie. Nieva thought.

Nessa shuddered at the thought of the wild and without warning cantered off to a lone tree in the distance, trying to get rid of that image

Nieva watched Nessa canter off and bowed her head in respect to Ares and galloped off to find Nessa. "Nessa are you ok little one?" she asked the trembling foal her voice full of concern.

Lilac saw the still body   Ares, she burst into tears. She looked at Storm with a murderous glare in her eye. She vowed that when she was old enough she would take down Storm.

"Oh Nessa don't worry you have herd to protect you." she said giving a nuzzle to comfort the filly. "Just be thankful your life didn't fade away like my foal." she added sadly looking up at the sky.
