Orchid blinked, thinking for a moment. "I'm... I'm not sure... I guess the cats can choose. As for places to sleep, the dens and camp aren't quite ready... You're welcome to help after we sleep." The bicolour she-cat glanced through the trees at the darkening skies.

A clan without a leader? Jax thought, he didn't dwell on the idea but he was not tired. "I am not tired so I will keep lookout for any danger." He meowed to The she cat that looked like him(Orchid) "Name is Jax." He meowed with a hint of pride in his voice.

(Question, will everybody change their name to a warrior name when there is a leader?)

Probably but the leader would have to tell them to? Also if nobody else qualified for the job could Moth be the med cat?~

Mᴏᴛʜ smiled, "Nice to meet ya Jax. I'm sure we'll get along just fine."

Twitch was already padding into the forest, "Lets go then." A clan without a leader? How pathetic.. but I guess they're just gonna have to deal with that for now. A twig snapped nearby, causing Twitch to step back abruptly. There was a silence, then a deer jumped over them, Twitch hissed with surprise.

Curo leapt on top of his fence post, and stared into his sister's garden waiting for her arrival. His white and gold pelt puffed up in happiness to be out of the home for a little while, and into the warming sun's rays.

Kira could see Curo's pelt, and decided to use the tree in her garden to climb easier onto the fence next to him. She climbed up until she was right next to him. She pushed her black, orange, and white spotted fur against his in joy to be next to him again.

Lily

Lily eagerly got down from her perch. She practically ran to the edge of the forest, but stopped right on the border. Lily took a deep breath. There was no going back, no second thoughts, no looking back. This was a choice she was going to make, it was a quick one but it made her feel independent. Lily had chosen her path, and now her paws walked into the forest. Only a few steps in and Lily knew she had been wrong all along about the forest, it was never what she had imagined, it was better. New scents filled her nose, the song of birds echoed in the wind, her fur bristled in the wind, and the sun shined through the dense covering of leaves. Her paws stepped one at a time on the soft ground, much softer than the hard stone pathways of the twoleg place. She knew right away that this was her home. In her twoleg den she was confined if she had stayed she would have to deal with a dog all the time. Here in the forest she was free not only in the mind but also in the heart.

Maple

Voices in the distance, who could they be. She crept closer not making a sound. The voices were silent now but she knew the cats must still be there. Leaving the cover of the heather she stared at a gray and white cat, "who are you?" she called out.

Storm Sky

Storm Sky new Oak was close by so he called out, "Oak!" He patiently waited for a response hoping he would not be ignored.

(Yeah, they'll change their names. We'll see who becomes medicine cat. It's not just about healing, it's about a connection to StarClan.)
Turning around, Orchid purred. "I'm Orchid. Anyway, I have to go sleep." Padding into the hollow, she settled down on a group of ferns, nestling in the soft plants. "We can decide on a leader in the morning. For now, let's get some sleep."
