Nightwhisperer sniffed the air again, smelling a squirrel. He crouched and stalked it. Then, he leaped up, trying to get his prey. But the squirrel instantly scurried away. Nightwhisperer hit the tree and fell. "Fox dong." He murmured

He quickly got up and fetched some catchweed, setting it over the broom. "Catchweed is used to protect the poultices, stop them from rubbing off." He continued, before taking both back. He just wanted to graze over the herbs today.

Yawning, Sparrowsong sat up. She glanced at her jet black fur and quickly groomed it with delicate strokes of her tongue. Sunlight shone through the roof of the warriors den, momentarily blinding her dark green eyes. She blinked, adjusting them to the light. Sparrowsong stood up and stretched her aching limbs. Once she had finished, the warrior padded out of the den.
