"This is either just a kick, or the real deal. Right now, you just need to breathe and try to get yourself calm. I'm going to call one of my mares who has a lot of experience. She'll help you out." Wilma explained. Adurna came in and sat next to Bella. "You'll be alright.

Mel had ran off crying thinking of when Minty was freaking out when she was pregnant with Dot. She missed her first chub so bad. (Minty died x_x)

" You think I'm going to be okay? I'm like suffering or dying right now!" Bella breathed.

"That's what you feel like during childbirth. You'll be okay though." Adurna said calmly.

" I sure hope! " Bella screeched and pain hit her. She was foaling apparently.

Mel screamed for like the first time since she has been a groom/chub owner, "WHY????" She broke down sobbing even worse.

Mel felt so bad, like it was her fault. "She was my first chub, she wasn't that old either." She looked down at her body. She sighed, still crying. "She will live on through her children and in my heart but, it won't be the same without her."

Snowy continued sleeping dreaming about rainbows and sunsets and Coal.

Dot smiled and kissed her back. "Morning, did you get good sleep?" He looked at Fireworks and gently kissed the top of his head. Dot neighed, "Yeah, that would be great but we need to wait a few hours, so the Firework can walk around fine, so that way he doesn't get hurt!" He smiled at his little foal, trying to stand. "Something amazing as that, how could it get old?" He looked with concern as Firework fell, "Is he okay?" He neighed worriedly. He nuzzled Firework, and looked him over making sure he was okay. He felt sick the moment Minty died, It had passed away in a minute though. He giggled, "I bet you his first word will be maaaam! Most foals first word is mom, but they often pronounce it like that, its so cute how they mess up saying words perfectly." He nuzzled her, "This family is all thanks to you and your hard work!" He softly kissed her. Bliss, pure bliss, no other way to describe the happiness coursing through his veins. He had a foal, a colt to be exact, what could go wrong? Things couldn't be more perfect.

"Mel what's the matter?" Bella asked. Then out of nowhere pain struck here so bad she almost stopped breathing. " HELP ME!!!I feel like I need to push!" Bella screamed.

Mel sobbed, "Minty, i-s-s-s g--o--o--n--e!" She noticed Bella was in pain, she at first didn't want to do anything to get revenge for Minty's death but she realized, that Minty would of been so disappointed in her, Minty would of been at Bella's side in a second. Besides, if she had the opportunity to save Minty, would she? Yes! Imagine how devastated Bella's owner would be, if Bella or the baby would die! It would be like saving a part of Minty. Minty gently stroked Bella. "Push hard, as soon as I can I will help you, you need to get at least the foals head out so that I can help you, maybe even save the baby."

The pain ebbed at her and she pushed hard. It hurt her and she cried out of" Is the head out!" she pushed some more without an answer.

"Well, it IS pretty adorable how they can't say anything perfectly," Hana admitted with a giggle, grooming little Fireworks as he squirmed playfully under her tongue as she smoothed down his mane, ruffled from falling. "And how he has a little bit of a mohawk going on." She added, giggling even more loudly. Fireworks groaned, kicking out his legs playfully. He looked at his father as though to say 'come on dad, help me out here! I don't want to be clean!'. "Maybe you could go fetch Sammy and bring her here?" Hana added, making pleading puppy-dog eyes at Dot and grinning happily. "I don't want her to miss a moment with her new sibling -- she can even bring along Prism, she's not that much older than our boy, maybe they could be friends when he gets a bit bigger and can play on his own!" Imagining the two of them frolicking in the pasture together was enough to make her grin even wider, and she kissed the top of his head, finally letting Fireworks squirm from her grasp and begin to half-crawl, half-waddle around the stall, inspecting everything with the natural curiosity that foals have.
