Comet rubbed his cheek against her's. He sighed softly and let her up. He laid down beside her.

Nikie rubbed his neck with her head. "I love you as well."

Comet laughed and rolled her over again, but this time pinned her down. His head went down and his nose touched Ice's nose. once he realized what happened he sat back with his ears against his head.

Shale turned back to Nikie, tail wagging in delight. Without speaking, he simply licked her nose. He was too happy for words.

Everest lowered her head

Echo:

Echo bounded through the forest, not hunting anymore, just enjoying running. She pauses as she smells something. One is a familiar scent, Sontag. But the other is new. Curious, Echo heads in the direction of the two wolfs.

Nikie smiled and rubbed under his chin. Cole was wondering blindly when he found Shard's wagging tail. Cole pounced the best he could onto Shard's tail.

•Sontag Cave•

Sontag sighed. "I'm Sontag." He said.

Shard turned to see Cole pouncing on his tail. He chuckled. "He will be a great warrior, as well as a great hunter."

Echo steps around a cluster of trees to find Sontag facing an unknown wolf.

"I'm Everest" She said proudly.

"And I'm Echo." Echo says, coming into view.

Sontag looked at Echo. "Hello Echo."

Nikie nodded. "I'm afraid he'll have his eyes open by tomorrow." She said. Cole bit Shard's tail and started growling.
