He turned as the other dragon swooped towards him gracefully. He ran over a check in his mind - female, fire dragon, friendly. He shook his head, removing the slight water build-up in his eyes. I seem to be able to find female dragons in every other species than my own. He thought to himself dryly. He scanned the ground again, and realised that they were almost at the cave, from Anna's bearings.

Hearing Anna's directions, he re-scanned the ground, and seeing the oak tree - headed towards it. Hearing a slight squeak, he turned, worry flashing through his face as he saw Anna. He began to move to catch her, but she landed neatly on Erza's back and huddled in the spikes. Breathing a sigh of relief, he turned back to where he was going.

Hearing Anna's other comment in his head, he upped the pace, his wings beating almost at their full speed. If he went full speed, he doubted that Erza and the Fire Dragon would be able to keep up. He lead them down a little, avoiding the direct path of the tornado. After making sure they were all okay, he turned to the fire dragon. "Come with us!" He called over the wind, guesturing with his tail, hoping that she would have the sense to at least shelter with them, if not travel with them.

Anna rejoiced when they landed behind the rock wall. She couldn't walk because the hail had also bruised her leg, but she would be fine riding on Ezra's back until they arrived at the cave, which she could see straight ahead.

((I'll probably be on hiatus for most of this week, and maybe a bit of next week too.))

. . . Cassia Alla Moore . . .

Before setting off, Cassia had planned to just make a beeline for her destination, but now she could see that wasn't going to happen. She had never explored this part of the ocean before, and she could say she was not at all fond of it. Strong currents and howling gales battered relentlessly at her and jostled for a chance to make her into mincemeat on the sharp rocks that lined the coast. The tang of salt and seaweed was so strong it hurt to breath, like she was being dunked inside a vat of rotten fish. She could hear nothing but the screeching of the wind.

There was nothing for it. She could not go on. She had to rest.

She was not sure she liked the idea of it. Resting meant a strong chance of meeting other dragons, and other dragons would try to pry at things that are none of their business. Still. I suppose I'll be meeting others when I get there anyways. And if they anger me, the poison barb on my tale should put them back in their place.

Swooping up above the water and nearly losing her balance as she did so, Cassia surveyed the surrounding area. There were no caves, but there was a cliff ledge that seemed to be capable of offering shelter while she rested, though she wished it would hide her better. If she had to meet other dragons she wanted to do so on her own terms, and not be woken by them while asleep.

The Grand Archmage

"Yes, that was exactly my thoughts. Tell me, are there any caves nearby? Particularly caves close to my lake, for the sea dragons' comfort. And yes, I do believe they might be willing to help you with your studies," the Archmage said. "We'll need several caves, of course, and we will need smaller caves for the elf dragons, but that can be taken care of once we acquire the number of caves in the area. After all, we can't have anyone leaving our valley, then Devin would get them, the evil little nuisance." He realized that all he said could be considered prattle, but Croner wouldn't mind, as they were both quite old and tended to overlook things.

He had been to his lake just the other day to find chunks of raw, unshaped seeing stones, and had only found enough to make five rings. Now he just needed enough to make two more rings, as he had spent months collecting seeing stones. Even though his lake was the only place they could be found, it was still a rare occurrence to find any, after all, the planet wasn't made of the precious gem.

~Svarog~

Svarog grinned at the other dragon. "I have come from... Well I've basically just been wandering for a long time, alone. I was just flying and saw a storm so I decided to land. I saw you and dropped in to say hi! Oh, and allow me to introduce myself. My name is Svarog and I am a spiked dragon." He sat down and cocked his head at the others, waiting for a response to his rapidly-spoken introduction. A few hail stones fell but he simply raised his barrier above his head. With a quick look around and a little grin, he extended it over the heads of the others.

~Lunaris~

Above the roar of the wind and the beating of the hailstones, Lunaris heard the voice of another female dragon in her head, telling her to follow them to a cave. She also saw another dragon waving his tail at her, so she decided to follow them. Even if she wasn't the most social dragon around, she wouldn't say no to finding shelter from the oncoming storm. With a quick flick of her head, she caught a glimpse of the tornado rushing towards them. She sped up, pumping her wings as hard as she could. She used her fire to melt the larger hailstones coming at both her and the others. Up ahead, she caught sight of the cave they were heading to and went towards it quickly.
