''A simple conversation would help.'' he replied, flicking an ear. ''I do apologize for forgetting your name, Sunrise.'' Feather added. ''I am quite forgetful you see...'' the tabby explained uneasily. Noting the confusion on the elderly cat's face, Feather paused, mulling over his next words. ''I'm a bit worried about Flame...but do you think I am too overprotective?''
Spark of young flame - Flame - Tagged: Petal
Nodding slowly, Flame's paws itched with the need to run faster than the wind that sent froth flying up the cliffsides. Eyes squinted against the blustering breeze, Flame could understand Petal but nevertheless she still viewed the white cat as a coward, rather unfairly. ''Fair enough.'' she replied. The tortie didn't expect to have a question back, she'd thought it obvious already. ''Exploring...I was bored, wanted to do SOMETHING.'' Flame forced a lot of emphasis on the 'Something'. ''Don't you want to ever do something that cats will always remember you for?''
Shells scattered on sand - Scatter - Tagged: Tempest, Spirit, Raven and her gang
Feeling as though she had no place in this argument, Scatter started to walk slowly away. It appeared she'd be lonely once more, once all this blew over in a few moons. The froth tossed by the waves seemed as though it'd consume the small isle, the wind whipping the ocean into a monster. The lightning and thunder had gone, but the wind hadn't finished and neither was Raven. Flinching in astonishment, Scatter turned towards Raven. ''I'm all astonishment.'' she murmured. Scatter had many moons ago accepted her fate of loneliness and the thought she'd be no-longer alone to fester in her bitterness was appealing to her. Of course she'd accept the offer like a hungry vulture. ''Of course...'' Scatter replied, her voice quite as not to betray her kitten-like glee, even if her eyes were shining brightly. ''Thank you Raven, I am now loyal to you only.''
