Rekuta sniffed around the edge of camp for some prey and quickly spotted a small mouse. He pounced on it and killed it quickly.

Dew sniffed out a rabbit warren. She dove at a hole, the nursery, and began digging. She grabbed a plump, pregnet rabbit, and trotted back to Retuka. She dropped the dead rabbit. "Well, we'll never go hungery! There is a HUGE rabbit warren on our territory!" she explained. She headed back to the camp.

Willow put her nose on his chest and tried to use her powers to stop the heart attack. "C'mon..." she whispered. "Work!"

Ink's heart attack only got worse and more painful as Willow put her power in to his body...

Rekuta smiled and trotted back to camp, carrying his mouse by It's tail.

Dew started nibbling at the rabbit. "So, back to the real problem at hand." she began. She thought as she ate. "What are we going to do about pack members? We need Betas, scouts, healers, trainees, pups, hunters, and just plain wolves and dogs!" she fretted. She looked to Retuka for suggestions.

Shade twisted around and clamped his jaws on the leg of his captor. The massive wolf roared, sinking his teeth in further. Shade howled in agony. He coughed up blood and his head fell back. His eyes were frozen open as the wolves continued to maul him.

Shade's eyes began to glaze over. The wolves stepped back, thinking he would die. But. They were wrong. Shade's eyes glowed black as he leaped to his feet. Rai, Rigel, Weed, Gin, and Riki's spirits had chosen to save their kin. "whoever wants to die, bring it on!" he howled.

"N-NO! Shade, p-please stop!" Ink cried, tears welling in his eyes again. It hurt to just talk now, so he was making himself even worse.
