Viperpaw frowned lightly as Wolfpaw left and she and Duskpaw were left. When told she'd be going first she frowned deeper, but then rolled her eyes. "Fine. It's just my shoulder and well it's stinging but that's usual, and well I've got a few scratches on my flank, but that's about it," she mewed with a lick of her paw. She glanced at Falconpaw curiously at her wondering about Wolfpaw, but then guessed the she-cat just was curious herself. Wiping her forepaw over her face she glanced subtly at Duskpaw.

Otterkit glanced at the cats in the clan before with a twitch of his ears, he sat down by the tall grass barrier. Tail flickering lightly, Otterkit glanced around for a moment before he turned and slipped through the tall grass quickly, with barely a rustle. Holding his breath for a few heartbeats he waited for some warrior to come and yell at him, but thankfully that didn't happen. Instead no one had come looking for him, which thankfully and unsurprisingly, meant he hadn't been seen. With satisfied purr, Otterkit gave his tail a flick before he got to his paws and raced through the long grass. 'Don't worry mom, dad! Otterkit's gonna show ya the way!' With that thought in mind, the young kit began to look around for something he could use as a marker or to show he was there. His plan was simple, make a trail and they'll find you for sure! It was foolproof!

Sprucepaw's disapproval hardly showed in her face as Wolfpaw left, but she shook her head ever so slightly and focused her attention on Spiderpaw and Viperpaw. Or should she follow the other she-cat? Sprucepaw wasn't sure, but she didn't want Wolfpaw to mess her leg up any more than it already was. But what if Spiderpaw needed help? Besides, if Wolfpaw could walk than surely she could deal with waiting. Sprucepaw could work on Duskpaw, too, with Spiderpaw doing Viperpaw. Unless they should do one at a time. Sprucepaw stopped twitching her tail and decided to just stay where she was and be useful there. The tiny medicine cat apprentice flicked her ears and really turned her attention to the task. She pricked her ears in time to hear Viperpaw recite what was wrong. Sprucepaw cast a hesitant glance at Spiderpaw, thinking that he'd want to begin first.

Dragonpaw
The apprentice followed after Shadowpaw, scowling a bit. "Honestly, I'm being left out of everything." He snorted. "I'm coming after you Shadowpaw." He absolutely hated feeling like he wasn't doing anything to contribute...even if he wasn't necessarily a clan member.[/center][/size]

Shadowpaw winces and flattens his ears against his head, both in shame and guilt. How much of a mouse-brain am I?! I forgot Dragonpaw, of all cats! "I know, and I'm really sorry Dragonpaw..." he murmurs quietly. "I'd probably be a terrible deputy." he mutters to himself. "But I don't know if Birchpaw still needs help from us. He sure looks like he's coming along fine. Maybe Sprucepaw can help Birchpaw...or Spiderpaw... Birchpaw seems to be busy with Tigerclaw right now. Good thing he can stand now." he says, raising his voice back to a somewhat normal volume. "Or maybe Birchpaw wants to go on his own for now. I thought I heard him say that he was going to try and find a medicine cat." Shadowpaw mews, glancing at Dragonpaw.

(Sorry I haven't posted for so long!!! I've been so busy for the past few days, and will be for a while now. I'm loaded with projects )

For a moment, Dragonpaw looked upset, but at the toms comment about being deputy he seemed taken aback a moment before smirking. "You mouse brain." he said, batting him over the ears. "Where did that come from!? Id hardly say that would make you a terrible deputy." he snorted, shaking his head."But well, as long as those two are keeping themselves occupied what say you to doing something else?" he asked, rather bored now.

Spiderpaw looked up at Falconpaw, nodding at her words. "I don't want her to walk off, but every day does something for a reason. I'll heal her after I'm done with Viperpaw and Duskpaw." He meowed calmly, starting to chew the marigold into a pulp while he listed to Viperpaw. She didn't seem too beat up, just a few cuts, which Spiderpaw could easily handle. Spitting the pulp out onto his paw, the brown and white tom looked to the she-cat. "I warn you, this may sting a bit." He meowed carefully, and then started to apply the marigold onto the older apprentice's wounds. Shiverwhisker would be happy once he found out his apprentice was healing three cats. He hadn't seen Shiverwhisker in a while though, and hoped he was resting now. "Now it's time for cobwebs." Picking some off his paws, the brown tom plastered them over Viperpaw's wounds. "Does that look good? I think it looks alright.." He meowed, glancing up at Sprucepaw in curiosity. He hoped she thought it looked good, since he didn't think it looked too bad. "Now Duskpaw, give me a nice description of your issue."

Shiverwhisker lay in his makeshift nest. He was finally getting the sleep he oh so desprately needed. He had a semi-full belly from a rather small feild mouse he'd eaten eairlier. His pelt was neat and after a good rest, his eyes would be bright once more.

Loudpaw's wounds were fully healed now, and he could train and play about with the other apprentices, though he never approched them, scared they might not accept him for his scars from the fire. Now he sat alone, tail wrapped over his paws as he watched them play and talk.

The she-cat watched in silence as Spiderpaw worked. He was so far doing everything the way she would have done, although he did look far more confident than her image of herself. She had always told herself not to worry, but her fear of doing something wrong--as petty as it was--always interrupted her. However, she knew that it truthfully would hinder her more if she was nervous. Taking it on with more belief in herself would be the smart way. She knew that, yet somehow it was harder to actually put it into action. She nodded to the tom. "It looks great." she assured him, wondering if this was how a mentor felt. Sprucepaw sat back a little as she turned her teal gaze over to the other apprentice, Duskpaw.

Viperpaw's ears flicked back for a moment once the stinging feeling of herbal pulp being placed on her shoulder. It stung pretty bad at first, but Viperpaw didn't show any indication that it had and was in fact washing her face once more, looking rather content. She gave the medicine cats a smile of gratitude. "Thank you," she mewed softly before lying her head back on her paws once more. Her tail flickering slightly she glanced at Duskpaw and then back to the medicine cats. "Um, Duskpaw can't do that. He's mute," she mewed as she gazed up at them.


DuskBlaze tried not to think of her past mate or her past litter of kits. Now both were dead and she was alone once more. It was a sad thing to think about, and so she was glad for a distraction when she spotted Raccoonstrike. The calico queen had certainly seen him in past Gatherings before and was familiar enough with the tom to at least go over and say hello. "Hello Raccoonstrike," she mewed pleasantly, or as pleasantly as she could manage at the moment.

ThistleFang stretched and yawned lightly before padding through camp with his tail waving slightly in the air. The tom was rather bored it seemed. And that usually happened when he was left alone for so long. He was used to having someone around who enjoyed talking or at least seemed chatting enough, however quiet cats were pretty nice to get along with too. So long as they weren't scared that easily. It was then that he spotted Frostwing with Pineclaw and the kittypet Princess. Padding over, the Flameclan tom glanced at the she-cat. "Has something happened while I was asleep?" he asked the white she-cat.

The shy white she-cat looked up at Thistlefang as he came over to her. She glanced over at the other two cats that had been fighting a few minutes ago. Now they had both walked off, ignoring each other. Frostwing was glad to see that they had broken up from their fighting, even though she really hadn't done anything to stop it herself. She really hadn't phased them, which is why she wasn't feeling proud of herself or anything. Like she would though, Frostwing didn't think like a confident cat. She was shy, quiet, and reserved. That's why when Thistlefang came over, she had to think about what to say at first. Thistlefang had come from a different clan, so automatically, Frostwing was shyer then usual. "Pineclaw and the kittypet got into a fight. It's alright now." She murmured softly.
