Dog teeth flashed in her vision along with bloody clots of fur and piles of cat bones... When will the cycle ever end?

She whispered to Willowsplash and Wolfstar who were standing near her. "I don't want them to hurt anyone..." She turned around suddenly overwhelmed by worry as she turned to her mate, "I don't want them to hurt you."

I heard as the she-cat named Sageleap whispered about me to her companions. “We do not kill kits! We do not need to steal your prey, we are more than capable of hunting for ourselves! Much of us can hunt much better than clan cats. Where do you think Bramblewind got his hunting skill from?”


Bramblewind:

I looked away, embarrassed when Brokenwillow mentioned me and my hunting skill. I had not shown anyone else except for Tanglefur

"Oooh, I'm so sorry for underestimating you, my queen." She snorted, "You might claim so but none of us know for sure." She turned back to her and flicked her tail, "Maybe Bramblewind learned from PROPER cats who don't act evil until 'oh these guys are weak right now! I'm gonna abandon my past and "help" them!'" She mimicked. "It's never bad to be cautious or even EXTRA cautious."

I snarled and slashed my claw along Sageleap’s face, leaving a small scratch. “There’s a lot more where that came from so I suggest that you think before insulting my son ever again. He couldn’t have gotten his skill from you because you have no skill” I stepped closer to her “You may think we’re weak and that Bramblewind has come to ‘save us’ but you should know that we were brought here to save you. And why were we brought here to save you? Oh, that’s right, because you can’t defend yourselves.”

A bit of blood dripped from her cheek and she unsheathed her claws. "Oh NOW your in for it." She snarled and circled Brokenwillow. "Scratching your ALLIANCE members isn't allowed you fox-heart! Not to mention, why don't YOU and your band of misfits take them out yourself if you're so strong?" She sneered ignoring her leader's call to stop.
