Emberpaw looked at Softpaw "I never told her I appreciated her joy. It always cheered me up."

"We all forget to tell each other how much we love each other." Softpaw whispered. "But Stormstar won't let the twolegs get away with it. We will find Ashpaw, but it just might take a while." She looked Ashpaw in the eyes.

SpiritLeap fluffed up and bounded a fox tail forward, seeing RainFlower she felt her cheeks glow with embarrassment, "Oh it's you" She muttered as she gave her chest a few licks, "Yeah- I was looking for you... looks like you found me though".

MothShadow poked his tongue out and pretended to be dead for a short moment before sitting up, "Hey you remember that time when we were 'paws and our mentors taught us about the best ways to play dead?" He asked, recalling how his mentor had ranted on about MothShadow's habit of twitching his paw whenever he was faking death.

Emberpaw felt comforted by Softpaw, he knew they couldnt leave Ashpaw forever "Thanks."

Kestrelflame laid limp on the ground, closed his eyes, and held his breath. He made a convincing dead cat, and when that didn't work, he pretended to be in pain.


Rainflower sat down, smiling slightly. "What do you need?"


Softpaw shrugged. "My parents got kicked out by twolegs and were later killed by them. My littermates remained kittypets, and I went to join RainClan."

"Yeah, you still got it" MothShadow remarked grinning, "You scared me half to death when you first did it".

SpiritLeap looked to the side at her brother before turning her gaze back to RainFlower, "I was wondering when You'd be joining us again in the warriors den?" She asked, almost nervously.

Emberpaw looked at her "Wow.. That would be hard.." He pressed his flank against hers just wanting comfort

"It was better than being taken away from my family by other twolegs." Softpaw was glad for Ashpaw's comfort. It felt good to have someone to talk to.


Kestrelflame laughed, "You would have gotten Owltalon to check on me if I hadn't laughed at you."


"I don't think I will." Rainflower stopped smiling and looked away.

Emberpaw nodded. "Yea, Two legs are weird. I would have to agree with you."

Softpaw nodded sadly. "They don't have any brains either."
