Echo hissed as the medicine cat bounced around like a kit. "No! This isn't what I wanted!" He yowled with his ears pinned back. Why me! why couldn't have Starclan chosen someone else!? He whined to himself, feeling fury bubble up inside him. "Are you sure it was from Starclan?" He hissed to the medicine cat. He knew he wouldn't gain any respect if he hissed at one of the most respected cats in the clan, but he couldn't help himself. He wouldn't stop until he got the answers he needed, but he wasn't sure now if it was the answers he wanted.

Scartail stared at Echo in horror. "What?" Scartail scowled, back to her usual self. "Of course I'm sure! What do you want? To question the great Starclan?" she yelled, pushing Echo near the den entrance. She was furious.

History(optional): She was a rogue all her life. Her father left her and her mother the day she was born. Her mother had taught her basic living until she was 12 moons, but she died when badgers attacked their makeshift home. She lived her life in denial of what had happened for five and a half moons. But then she entered a long grieving period- she stopped eating. She didn't hunt, she hardly moved. But then some cat about 10 moons older than her met her. He was an exiled clanner, with nowhere to go. He found her and caught prey for her. They became friends, and he taught her the Warriors way of hunting and fighting. They began to fall in love over time. But when she was 23 moons, they parted ways. He had to go back to his old clan because they needed him for something, but he had warned her that he might not come back. So now, she's passing through Thornclan territory. She doesn't know it yet, but she's pregnant with kits.
Personality: It has to be played out, but she knows nothing of the warrior code.
Likes: Hunting. Long walks. Family.
Dislikes: Badgers. She'll freeze up if she sees one.

Echo looked to his paws as Scartail was about to push him out of her den. He knew he was too hard on her, so he calmed down a bit before continuing. "No.. I'm sorry, Scartail." Echo meowed softly, his gaze fixated on his small paws. "I just.. don't know if I can be a medicine cat." He sighed, looking up to meet her horrified gaze. He knew she was furious with him, and he didn't blame her. He didn't deserve to be a medicine cat.

☼Flamepaw☼
Flamepaw held his mouse proudly in his jaws, while exploring the unknown Thornclan territories. Their warriors had patrolled it many times, but it was new to Flamepaw. His eyes widened as he thought about how familiar the territory felt, and he realized that he had dreamed of this exact spot just moments ago. But.. I was with Frostpaw. Flamepaw frowned, wishing that the grey furred she-cat was next to him right now. Flamepaw gasped as he turned his head to see Frostpaw and Ravenpaw talking. It's okay Flamepaw.. she was never yours to begin with. Flamepaw shook his head, and turned as quickly as he could. He needed to get away from her, away from these feelings.

Scartail looked around, and pulled Echo back in. "Ok, I get it Echo. You wanna be my apprentince. I'll see if its ok with Wildstar if you get in the clan. But that's your one chance, righto? No exeptions. I can give you a job while you wait. First, crush the poppy seeds." Scartail said.

Echo yelped as Scartail pulled him back into the medicine cat den. This cat sure needs to make up her mind! He thought to himself, his whiskers twitching as he stifled a mrrrow of laughter. Echo's eyes widened as he realized that Scartail had taken everything the wrong way. No! I want to be a warrior! His eyes were filled with sadness as his thoughts of running through the forest with his clan-mates were crushed right in front of him. "W-Wait, Scartail. M-Maybe I should just wait until Sunhigh.. Starclan might give me another dream!" Echo meowed hopefully, gazing into the medicine cat's eyes. "M-Maybe they'll tell me I shouldn't be a medicine cat. I'll tell you if I have a dream, okay?" He added, his eyes glinting as he stared up at Scartail.
