Godric carefully avoided her question; he wasn't sure if his injured shoulder would be able to support the lab's bodyweight, but he had to try. Steeling himself, he ducked under the limp form of the dog, letting the front end rest across his back and shoulder blades. "Right," he said, nodding at the street. He set them off at a slow pace, not wanting to draw attention and not wanting to drop the lab.

Loka looked at Hillary and smiled, then thumped his tail against the ground to show that he was infact quite happy about where he was. "Nah," He shrugged, his wispy tail wagging behind him. "She only worries if im not back by sundown." He looked up into the cloudless, sunlight sky and enjoyed the warmth.

Tolvia padded alongside Godric, a nervous property of the female erupted once she heard the beep of a car horn. She walked at the exact -- as much exact as she could be -- pace of Godric and kept her eyes on the road ahead, though they frequently flickered to movement around her.

Burnt followed Tolvia and Godric as they carried Galaxy's dead and limp body, 'Do you need any help?' he said, slowing his pace down to those of the two dogs.

Hillary flicked her tail across the dusty ground. She stood up and streched slightly walking in a circle. She breathed in the fermillar smell of sausages, bacon and oh... what was this? a new smell! And it was... BACON!

Godric paused behind a clump of bushes, just in front of the road. It obscured the dogs from view, but they could still see out it. "Alright," he murmured, his eyes fixed on the narrow passage leading to the park. "Once this car passes, we run." His golden eyes strayed to a large, black truck speeding towards the light and drove through the intersection, and was gone. "NOW!" he howled.

Cracker ran around, she had seen Burnt one moment ago and then he disappeared. ''Burnt! Burnt!'' Cracker called, desperate to find Burnt. Other than him and Loka, Cracker did not know any other stray dogs. ''Burnt!'' Cracker called one last time before running across the road.

Burnt ran on Godric's command, just when he got near the edge, he noticed Cracker running towards him. 'Be careful!' he called out to her, quickly hopping onto the pavement. If Cracker didn't look where she was going, she could be killed, or injured, or something equally horrible.
