Oceanpaw nearly jumped into the air, but instead let a mouthful of meat fall into the snow, "Really!" Her cheeks burned with annoyance as she saw her bite in the snow. "Ohmy! We-we can go hunting and train! And- and do everything!"

Currentstar purred and nodded. "If you want, you can both go hunting right now."

Hazelfur-
"Thank you Currentstar! You won't regret this!" Hazelfur dipped her head in gratitude. "Uh, but I think I'll finish my prey first," she blushed, hearing her stomach growl.

Oceanpaw spun around to Hazelfur, "let's go right after! Let's, let's-" wait "What about Blacksong?" She felt her tail fall into the snow, surely Blacksong wouldn't be mad?

Hazelfur-
Hazelfur coughed, nearly choking on her prey. "That's a good point, wouldn't Blacksong be mad I stole her apprentice?"

"No, no, that's fine! Finish, and then go hunt. Maybe you'll be able to find something among the snow. And Oceanpaw, don't worry. Whoever the next apprentice is, Blacksong will be their mentor. She wont be angry, I promise." Currentstar said, with a glint of amusement and certainty in her eyes.

Hazelfur-
"Alright Currentstar, thank you again!" Hazelfur purred happily, and took another bite of her kill and hoping she wouldn't choke again.

"Okay," she exhaled. She couldn't believe what had just happened! She continued to eat her freshkill, in a fast matter were she was almost coughing. Dawnpaw looked up again, "Thank you, Currentstar."

"No problem." Currentstar purred, padding away to her den.

Rosepaw
Rosepaw shivered again and sneezed. The river was so beautiful! But it was getting dark.. "Do you think we should go back to camp now..?" she asked Shimmerpaw.

After carefully chewing her prey to ensure she didn't choke, Hazelfur finished her kill. "Alright then! Whenever you're done eating we can head out for some hunting!" She mewed happily. I hope I don't mess this up... she thought.
Shimmerpaw-
"But we haven't done a full patrol yet!" Shimmerpaw complained. "What kind of patrol only watches one part of the territory? We need to protect the clan!'
