Raquel smiled and paused, thinking back. "Do you remember when we first met eachother?" she asked quietly, tilting her head. It seemed sketchy to her, though she remember most of it. She enjoyed remembering the more recent times better than anything, so the older times of her previous life were somewhat forgotten.

A far away look clouded his eyes for a moment or two as thoughts of how he met his love brought him back into his past. Blinking to rid himself of the haze of nostalgia, he touched his muzzle to hers and grinned chuffing, "I remember every second of it", his words were slightly cheesy, but he truly did. "I remembered that I was padding down the beach, and you caught my attention. And y'know, I won't lie, you had me from the first time I saw you." he chuckled his dark laugh and thought about how the pair had romped around on the shore and bounded through the crashing waves, and spent time telling eachother about their lives, it wasn't long before he had fallen for the femme.

Raquel smiled. "It was the quickest relationship I'd ever seen," she said gently. "It's like we were truly made for eachother, not like all the others say." She leaned her head against his neck again. "I was a looker then, huh?" she asked playfully. "You weren't so bad looking yourself." She paused. "You're still not, actually."

Shura felt his cold nose, gently nudging her forward, and him brushing against her opelt. She began to walk a bit deeper in, feeling the water wash against her pelt. She waded in, the water now up to her chest. She knew Ade would guide her, but she was still afraid to mive deeper in. She could smell Stark and Shadow in the pool, and the waves still lapped against her pelt. She knew that if some dog splashed her, or pushed, pushed hard, her deeper into the pool, she would snap at them. "The next step, once I actually swim" she said, light heartedly "Is to get you into darker places".

"Go on, Shura" he coaxed, and was soon paddling with his strong legs at her side, having faith that the alabaster femme would soon conquer her fear of swimming. Adelais gave a roll of his bright maroon eyes and chuckled, "Well, I guess it's only fair, but I must say, i'm not looking forward to that!" he grinned toothily and curled his tail loosely around her frame, urging her onward. To his surprise, he found himself growling when Stark got a little too close and flattened his ears in apology, "sorry about that" he muttered. Must be my protective nature kicking in he thought jokingly, pushing away any other possible reasons for the protective growl.
