Rain Song's eyes widened softly, glancing up from her bracelet to see Fervent. "Hello Fervent." She told him, giving him a light, white smile. "Why thank you, that's very nice of you to say." She had to squint a little less now that someone was closer to her in the dimly lit room. Her eyes grazed across what he was wearing, her smile growing a bit before she looked back up to meet his eyes. "I have to say that you look quite handsome yourself." she told him, again readjusting her mask in attempt to make it less crooked.

Sunset~
Sunset jumped slightly to see Tonic come and greet her when she didn't expect it. She wiped the slight shock off of her face and let happiness replace it, for once sarcasm not written all over it. "Why hello there. Doesn't someone look nice tonight." She said, looking him over with a wide smile. She let herself stand up from the wall she had previously been leaning on, her height still not as tall as Tonic's.

Zolo~
Zolo smirked softly, his eye tracking back down to the computer screen. He put one of the headphones over his ear, letting the one closer to Crystal stay uncovered so he would still be able to hear her. He typed up her song for her, his paws traveling across the keyboard quickly as he tested out what it would sound like. he hit one last key to play it, moving his headphones off again as he looked over to Crystal. He smirked. "Mission accomplished."

Rosie~
Rosie was buzzing with both nervousness and excitement as she slipped into her grey and pink dress for the masquerade ball. It had dark grey zebra pink covering it with a solid base color that was slightly lighter than the stripes themselves, so that they would be visible if you were dancing all night. It also had a light pink, satiny ribbon that wrapped around her waist and hung low to the ground, along with a glimmering silver rose that was clipped to the ribbon directly on her waist. She sighed softly, putting on a bit of mascara and blush before she put on her clay mask. It looked as if the night sky itself had been engraved on the small face piece. She readjusted her dress a bit, her self consciousness getting to her again. What if Tide didn't like what she looked like? What if.. She cut her terrible thinking off, leaving the house at a slow trot on the way to the ball. Sure she could have flown to have her timing be a bit better, but she still wasn't on the good side of flying.

Burlesca sat outside, in the courtyard. Feeling the gentle breeze ruffle her fur and dress, it was a short and innocent number. The dress she had picked out, with gentle bright blues and white hued sequins to symbolize her love of winter and snow. She gazed up into the sky blissfully and hugged her legs close, well prepared, Burlesca had brought with her two of her favorite worn novels and a piece of music to study and review. Maybe the night would end well after all...

Hypno thought as he looked out the window with sudden interest, talk talk talk...He'd hate to be a teacher. A teacher with boring, coffee stained thoughts and monotone voices. Sweeping his eyes over his classmates he gave a faint smirk, what good students, each jewel mane had their heads buried in the textbooks and were moving their pencils as if it was the end of the world. While he on the other hand, he was effectively zoning out on the lesson. Waiting on the edge of his chair for the loud but relieving bell to release him.

"I'd do just about anything for a hot drink by now..." Wren murmured, his eyes unamused and tired. Of course, being new there was no one who really approached or even paid attention to him, wearing a deep burgundy colored suit with a uncomfortable rose adorning the pocket he wasn't much of a standout. The music was perfectly ear-blasting and his back ached from leaning against a pole...The night was droning on to become a "perfect night".
