The tom stared blankly at the she-cat before mewing "She wasn't with Duststar the last time I saw him,Maybe Silentleap's in his den" he mewed before bounding over to duststar's den "Oi! Anyone in there?"

I was asleep, then suddenly awoken by Darkfeather. "Huh?" I jumped up, my back arched. Seeing the tom, my fur flattened again. "Oh. My apologies. Duststar isn't here at the moment, but I could find him if you like."

Smallpoppy finished in the medicine cat den and went out to talk to Hawkfeather following his scent trail towards the streams { ? } and looked at the upset deputy

Foresttail's scent was everywhere and she looked at the hard black surface. She followed her own scent back to Hawkfeather and saw Smallpoppy there. She went over and sat down, a trace of tears on her face fur.

The brown tabby tom spat, "Fine then! Go run to your precious Hawkfrost!" His icy blue eyes blazed with anger, he didnt want to associate with any cat that kept bringing up things he could care less about. Even if that meant loosing his mate. He growled and slashed the ground. "Mousebrained fool." Then he hissed again and walked into the cold water of the river. What right did she have for even thinking of Hawkfrost hurting their kits. Like hed even let him do that for one.... amd for two what would Hawkfrost even want with his kits? Shaking his head he took a deep breath and went under the water. He didnt even notice the medicine cat but he stayed under water until he needed to pop up for air.. swimming to shore where the medicine cat was.. "Oh Smallpoppy.. hi..." he shook his fur out like a dog, carefully so she wouldnt get wet. He saw Foresttail come back and ignored her. He wasnt so easy to forgive after running off especially not after talk of his Father.

Foresttail walked over to him and said " look, Hawkfeather I wasn't trying to mean it like that. All I was saying was that I was worried, I know how much pain your going through. And I would NEVER choose Hawkfrost over you. You know that." She went into the water and the coldness didn't bother him. She just wanted him to forgive her. She said " please Hawkfeather I didn't mean what I said back there please forgive me!"
